I came to one question when i was reviewing the FA:
It is written on the book that "Osteitis Fibrosa Cystica" shows:serum Ca2+
increased, phosphate decreased, PTH increased.
How could that happen? There should be no impact on parathyroid function by
"Osteitis Fibrosa Cystica", so PTH increase should be a secondary change.
But if the serum Ca2+ increase first, PTH should be decreased.

Renagel 差不多，都是 bind on dietary phosphate。 区别就在于醋酸钙含钙，不是
和钙偏高的病人。
主意 take the medication right before meals. 另外尽量避免磷酸含量高的食物，
比如可口可乐，牛奶，果仁，肉类少吃。 |

Majority consistent to GI loss (malnutrition/malabsorption)
Edema is due to hypoalbumin and low protein. Originally lower extremity edema was thought to be due to systemic involvement. But when I saw "4+ pitting edema up to low back" on PE on day 2, I knew it could be due to low protein level. I appreciate the good PE you did. :)
Hypokalemia is most likely due to GI loss too.

根据网上查来的正常值范围，是否血钙、血磷、1,25-Vit D水平都增高，Alk Phos也高。
