短道25yard虽然能够去到12秒，但是。。但是。。一般人来说有以下两点会制约速度：
1.转身的技巧（理论上转身应该获得最大的速度）和2.后期无氧条件下的肌肉的疲惫。
这两点的克服需要很大很大很大的努力，更需要先天的条件。
我是从6岁上学校就开始练习自由泳，到了高一的时候被劝退。我的老师坚定的认为游
泳男生长不到185还不如去读书考大学。。我们的中学是一所体育传统学校。体育老师
是国际级田径裁判。当年李雪梅和黑人的100m商业比赛，他是裁判长。然后有几个北体
大毕业的老师教我们游泳。我们中学出很多跨栏和短跑人才。
就我的接触到来说，有的先天耐力好，有的先天爆发力好。因材施教吧。游泳也如此，
其实任何需要耐力和爆发力的运动都如此，要做到优秀就需要练习和天分。呵呵。
你要是真的能够游到23秒，如turkey说的，上来吼一嗓子，让我们也跟着兴奋兴奋。 |

以前demo拍子时，总能找到些美中不足的方面。 反手好，正在flat shot 容易飞； 底
线都好， 但削球容易float; 等等。 Super G10, 是我目前各个方面综合感觉最好的拍
子。 非常forgiving, 也非常stable, 特别是网前。 相对我目前的 6.1, 反手肯定是
上了一个档次。唯一的trade off 是当用6.1打出个perfect shot时， 能感觉对身体每
一部分的发力都传到了这个shot 上， 而Super G10 在这方面不是那么的responsive (
still feels great, just not phenomenal). It's a trade off I'm willing to
sacrifice...
还准备再试试 RF97 autographed, 但感觉it's gonna be a tall order to beat.
