，都会按下门铃，这样有人在家就会即使取。
今天把一个house number， street, zip code完全不相干的盒子扔在了我家门口。还

我给他们客服打电话，叫拿走，电话等了20几分钟，好容易接通，我先告诉CS东西错投
到我家了，问我tracking number，照着盒子上的告诉她，非说我说的不对。没等我重
复，CS干脆把电话挂了。
在shipping label上找到了盒子主人电话，告知东西在我家门口。人家回正在给寄出的
公司打电话，说一会儿就会来取。
我在楼下等了半天，也没人来取。后来要弄娃睡觉，就上楼了。等娃睡着，我下楼，发
现盒子已不见。联系盒子主人问收到没有，人回不知道。后来又回在门口楼梯上找到了
，反正也没有门铃提醒。 |

我有个教授就对门生们说，你们看那谁谁，当年那二万七刀花的
多值，现在去瑞典领奖了。
说远了，publish or perish,这是学术界残酷的规则。即使有
长期受剥削的思想准备，为自己学术计，也要多发文章。
没有大牛首肯，一作就别想了，但二作是可能的。当你在一个方向
弄得很深，随便横向做点，可能解决其他领域大问题，你的
中间结果(自己发不了)，别人用上，效果不错，文章出来，应该
大家都有份的。大牛问起来，反正这个中间结果是你课题内的。
好处是:1。有文章了；2。有合作者了；3。研究领域面拓宽了，
找教职时，有深度，又有广度。合作者多，办鹿卡时的推荐人就有了。
它山之石，可以凿玉。
另一个是钱，科研就是business.曾有一诺奖牛对我说，Money is
the blood of science.真直白。问题是薄厚如何弄钱。一般薄厚和老板
申请到的钱都是老板(PI)的，学校一般也不让薄厚自己单独申请。
还是那句话，横向联合。把自己的中间结果给别的教授，自己要求
作co-PI。另外有个窍门是公司的横向课题，把你 |

食品项目，其中有一点很突出的就是那些perishable的食品捐了不少，其中包括蔬菜水

好多大包装的食物，买来的时候就不大新鲜了，一旦拆开了，坏的更快，吃变质的食物

两年前，把自己卖了一西部高校（这个就不要问了）。最近出来做做访问，就谈谈一点
亲身感受。
1，回高校的人很多，我住的那个楼，全是从国外回去的，小孩两个的很多。最近一年
感觉回去的人不多，不知道是不是坑越来越少了。指标毕竟有限。如果是大牛，另当别
论。
2，要归，两口子工作一定要落实，这个很重要。去之前要谈清楚，不过同时解决两个
工作的高校越来越少，趋向于西部地区的高校了吧。
3，高校的透明的工资，根据职称，全国一样。有课题与项目，收入比较高，至少可以
报销一些。这个不是我非要这么干，国情，体制所致，行业的潜规则，不要过分就行。
要不，老师咋活人。每年项目很多，国家，省部级不少，但是唯有自然基金显得公平些
。拿到了，含金量比较高。小项目严审，大项目看团队老大。
4，回国的职称要求很重要，这可以决定你是否带研究生。现在对非985，211学生考研

大lab理论和人才积累都很厚重，所以能够持续的拿大项目，人家都是占了一个山头的；
这个门槛太高了，一般人想进去非常难，内部人不带你玩

这个需要长期深厚的理论积累，像是少林寺，刚进去不让学武功，挑水种地做早课先干
3年学徒练基本功
一般人肯定等不及，学校年年要考核呢
没有经费的PI咋办
只好可劲的灌水，以此证明自己的“科研能力”
这其实是饮鸩止渴，越tmd灌垃圾，别人越瞧不上眼，越拿不到钱；
然后一堆没钱的聚在一起互相吹捧，封个协会主席啥的，活脱脱一个丐帮大会
所以那种钱多的大牛，好几年才出一篇CNS
没钱的穷逼PI，反倒是一年7,8篇的拼命灌 |

你忽略了一个事实，XYY的智力只是比他们的父母低而已。
对于一般人生下的XYY,因为父母就是一般人，所以生下的XYY的智力会比一般人

但是观音是个非常聪明的人，唐僧也非常的有才华（虽然情商不一定高），

国家地理公布骇人影像：30黄蜂屠灭3万蜜蜂
《国家地理杂志》日前公布影片，呈现一场景象骇人的「巢城屠杀」：30只体型硕大的
日本黄蜂（Japanese hornet）大举入侵蜂巢，数以万计的蜜蜂奋力抵御仍命丧黄泉，
黄蜂最终攻破城池，恣意啃食蜂巢里的幼虫。
制作单位将黄蜂和3万只欧洲蜜蜂之间长达3小时的战役，浓缩成这段名为「地狱黄蜂」
（Hornets From Hell）的短片。《每日邮报》指出，由于两种蜂类一向没有接触，蜜
蜂面对这场突如其来的侵略，显得无力招架。
影片显示，日本黄蜂飞抵蜂巢后先攻击落单的蜜蜂，咬掉他们的头部、翅膀和足部，将
一团团「肉球」带回自己的巢穴喂养幼虫。随后，日本黄蜂展开摧枯拉朽般的攻击，平
均一分钟屠杀40只体型瘦小的蜜蜂。攻破城池后，日本黄蜂登上蜂巢，吸食鲜嫩多汁、
富含养分的蜜蜂幼虫。
科学家表示，这种名为「vespa velutina」的日本黄蜂，于2004年随着盆栽作物飘洋过
