（1）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-
6倍的草甘膦残留量，已经证实对人类健康，特别对青少年、儿童、婴儿与孕妇及其胎

新加坡开国总理李光耀证实自己患上了一种神经疾病，使他步履不稳。
88岁的李光耀患上了“外周感觉神经元病变”（sensory peripheral neuropathy），他承认早在两年前就已经发病。
李光耀患病的消息最先是由她的女儿——新加坡著名脑神经医生李玮玲——在报纸专栏中披露。
不过李光耀强调自己仍然思路清晰，可以继续做出贡献。
新加坡《海峡时报》星期一（11月7日）引述李光耀说：“毫无疑问，这对我的思维、意志和决心都没有影响。”

2011年11月号刊登韓德森（Scott J. Henderson）的文章说，美国和西方对中国的观察
，通常基于政府政策的演变、外交关系、实力重组等因素，但还有另一个有用的参照物

早在1949年，中国人民解放军就在洛阳建立了外语学院，作为培养国防语言人才的摇篮
。现在洛阳“解放军外语大学”已经培养了5万多名毕业生，担负起军事翻译、军事外
交、国际反恐、联合国维和行动等各项工作。从该校的课程设置可知，这是一所培训(
能破解密碼的)多种语言人才的军事情报学府。
解放军外语大学出版自己的《外语杂志》。1978年至1987年，以英文、俄文、日文、韩

四卷。该理论说起来呢，和毛泽东当年独创的“三个世界”也有些渊源。这本书最早是
沃勒斯坦1974年在加拿大当教授时的讲义。74年发生了什么事情呢？首先说，74年美国

且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

他那一点，把你注意力聚焦在自己虎口上了。每一刻都有无数神经冲动信号要拥到脑子
里。大脑可以同时处理的数据有限，必须prioritize,有个把关的，把优先级高的信号
放进去处理。就好像你专注的时候，会tune out环境的声音什么的。一个例子就是警察
或逃犯高速飙车的时候会形成tunnel vision, peripheral vision消失。因为大脑必须
集中处理最紧急的攸关生死的那些信息。
再比如说痛觉，只有大脑处理了比如损伤部位炎症物质印发的冲动，在中枢解读为奥，
这个应该激活痛感受，你才会感受的“痛”。不处理，就不觉着痛。一种止痛的方法就
是这样的，用各种非痛觉刺激，distract,或淹没引起痛觉的冲动上传。比如掐虎口止
别处的痛。西医也有类似方法，不过是用装置实现的。本质一样。
人体肌肉皮肤到处都是神经和各种感受器，你聚焦到虎口上，这种本底背景信号本来都
是被大脑忽略掉的，现在集中来感受一下，奥，那个肌肉好像还在动吗。

天河曙光都是异构超算，系统是由大量不同类型指令集和体系架构的计算单元组成。这
些计算单元可以是通用CPU, 以及GPU, DSP, FPGA 等各种 coprocessor。通用CPU的计
算能力超强，但成本高功耗大，并行度相对低，适合高强度运算。GPU等专用计算单
元工作频率低，但内核巨多，非常适合大规模并行问题。 所以超级计算机的每个计算
节点就高低搭配，天河2号有16000个计算节点，每个节点用两片Intel Xeon CPU加3个

MAP代表平均动脉压， CO代表心脏输出量。
CO（心脏输出量）和stoke volume 及心率有关：
公式： CO= stoke volume X 心率
stoke volume = end-diastolic volume (EDV) - end-systolic volume (ESV).
EDV和静脉容量有关。
sepsis shock时，炎症破坏末端静脉特别是静脉毛细血管，造成血管壁通透性大增，导
致血液溢出到静脉毛细血管外，所以回心脏的血流量不够，不能维持血压。大量输液，
