一所普通学校的MS， Integrated Marekting Communication专业。现在主要兴趣在
online marketing。
公司情况。
不是fortune 100，但是也算是个规模很不小的公司了。 Family owned。Retail
industry。 Education相关。 企业文化相对old fashion。 往几年都有申请HIB的记录，但是都是给IT部门的。
本来公司说会雇佣大部分的实习生。所以觉得前途应该是一片大好。但是没有想到对于International students就是另一个story了。
跟HR已经开过两次会了。拒绝原因其实我也理解。 因为我才毕业，这个职位也相对比较初级。不如IT那么技术性，那么难招，他们就不愿意花财力和精力帮我申请。所以我也主动offer说能不能我出大部分的钱，自己找律师。但是因为他们公司也不小，不想掉这个范儿，说要是想录用我肯定就会帮我付钱和找律师。关键，就是他们不给这个机会。
本来我也觉得算了，大不了再找其他的公司。但是我的manager主动提出可以帮

录，但是都是给IT部门的。
于International students就是另一个story了。
比较初级。不如IT那么技术性，那么难招，他们就不愿意花财力和精力帮我申请。所以
我也主动offer说能不能我出大部分的钱，自己找律师。但是因为他们公司也不小，不
想掉这个范儿，说要是想录用我肯定就会帮我付钱和找律师。关键，就是他们不给这个
机会。
特殊性，他们要找到一个合适的人，再培养到ready的程度说是要一年。所以他们

到某大公司的新职位了,走掉了.所以位子就空出来了.现在正在面试招人.
要找的是Senior level的人,必须经验丰富,我们用的是Altium 10,Digital和RF的板子
都要会做.一大堆活等着了,所以没有时间让你从头开始学起,得一来就上手干活.
H1B可能办不了了,刚把另一个分公司并进来,那家分公司是做军队生意的,所以现在整个
building都把关把的很严,来拜访的人都把关很严了.但是如果有绿卡应该没问题,当然
perfer是公民.

估值一旦走下坡路或者以比较低的价格被收购，员工的equity衰减的速度可能比估值要
快。
不过perferred share price还是很有用的。公司IPO或者有secondary offering允许员
工套现，都是用高于或者接近preferred share price的价格让员工卖股票的。 |

效期内完成funding。对银行来说rate lock的有效期越长，风险越大，为了消除风险，
那么通常有效期越短rate越好。
不过，rate天天在变，同一天的rate里，有效期越短越好，但是，不同日子里的rate就
很难说了，相同的有效期，今天能锁到的，明天未必可以，后天有可能锁到更好的。
最好，客人自己有个心理预期，比较perfer多少的rate，然后让broker帮盯着，能做到
就锁。如果离close还有40多天，确实可以在观望一下。
这几周来，都是周五rate不错。但这谈不上是规律，通常来说银行为了规避周一可能产
生的风险，周五的rate都不会太好。不过，LZ可以关注一下rate，论坛里也有热心人天
天发布rate，可以参考一下的。 |

也来分享一下DIY刷墙的除墙纸的经验。
首先，如果墙纸还过得去，同时墙纸是那种比较老的话，就要权衡一下值不值得花这个
时间和精力，因为实在是太麻烦了。我们两人用了快七个小时才搞定一面卧室的墙，幸
亏只有一面。干过这个，其他刷漆什么的是轻体力劳动。
其次，如果决定要做，要选定合适的工具：scraper人手一个，perforator一个，DIF牌
子的wallpaper remover一喷瓶可除一面墙（我们最先买的是另一个牌子，没什么用）
，sponge,热水，TSP溶液。
程序：
1.打孔：perferator在墙上磨出小孔，follow产品说明即可
2.喷药水：用DIF均匀喷在墙纸上，大概一面墙有半瓶左右。休息15分钟
3.撕纸：这个很self-explanatory,不说了
4.除胶水和内层纸：以上三步只是最简单的。下面是最主要的劳动：用DIF，热水反复
喷在残留的纸，内层纸和胶水，同时用scraper铲下胶水，直到墙上没有黄色的胶水残
留（一点点那种），这种残留对新涂漆有不好的效果。关键词是耐心。需要时间取决于
