high cost主要考虑到机会成本，risk主要是uncertainty on advior's personality,
motivation, schedule，毕业后phd能够选择的空间；尤其是混学术界的，公司干得不
好或者不喜欢一屁股走人换老板，学术界圈子是很小的。
至于return是不是高就仁者见仁智者见智了，和每个人的perference有关。有人非常看
重academic freedom和flexibility。不过话说回来，academic freedom有时候在paper
,grant压力下也是虚的，而flexibility是把双刃剑，呵呵 |

，自己的方向太冷门了，只有个位数的openning), 虽然自己确实不是基督徒，来美国

anywhere during the past 5 years, it could have driven people crazy.
