off under the extreme texas heat. replaced under warranty. Other than that,
problem free.
2010 jetta tdi sw(6000 miles so far)
car vanity mirror doesn't pop up properly. Replaced under warranty.
Things I love:
Great fuel mileage: 53mpg hwy, 42 combined...
Superior safety: very very sturdy body structure, EPS, ABS, ASR, TPM, 6

1. ABS module 100% failure rate
2. ETS module 100% fail rate
3. Upper engine mount 100% crack rate
4. Cheap plastic parts will always break
5. Door inserts peel off because they used environmentally friendly glue
that doesn't work. 100% failure rate.
6. Auto trans PNP switch 100% failure rate

When I traded in my old Volvo, I couldn't believe that the MB dealer gave me

1. using 230 grid paper sand.
2, 100 grid sand, 1500 sand, 2000 grid sand to very smooth.
3, apply base coat,2 to 3 times.
4, most important step. apply clean coat.2 time (spray gun)
5,check condition, if no dirt smooth shine.
done.
if have dirt or orange peel. buffer all area.
using different compounds. expensive 3 bottles cost $100.
not easy at all, take two days or more.
need prof tools.

the guy peeled off the seal from the car in front of me and it has only 17mi
les on it. basically the same as an 2011, but with this price who cares. hop

If you only plan to drive your car for a 2 or 3 more years, a single stage
job is fine and will save some $$$.It's common to see fleet cars do single
stage as well.
Alot of cheap paint jobs will just shoot over the old paint without surface
prep, so those will start peeling off in a few years anyways, might as well do a single
stage to save money. |

1,tip of the gun.
2,fan, not in close area to do paint job.
3, sand paper.
there no actually youtube tell you want to do.
such as what kind the compressor you need,
type of gun,base color (waterbrone, solvent, single stage, 2 stage)
how to set up your gun with proper air.
buffer tools, wet color sand method.
how to blend the color.(big issue)
mix ratio of color,clear coat, reducer......
one thing, never using spray Can for body job, if you want a good job. |

adds up to $160. But with $160 including rotary buffer and spray gun, you
can only get low quality ones. Since you care quality so much, I am not

can bottle of paint to deal with it.
