将干果泡入酒中（正宗的是用葡萄牙的port酒，我只有朗姆酒）。
家里事先就有一包mix dried fruit，我用了里面的芒果、木瓜、葡萄干、椰子、枣子
。另外，我加了蔓越莓干和杏子干。其实你可以用你喜欢的任何水果，然后混入面团中。
方子来源于ultimate bread.
但是我根据家里的实际情况调整了干果的种类。
我还是将原方子给你，便于你自己调整方子。
100g glace citrus peel, chopped
3 tbsp each raisins and pine nuts (我将松子换成了almond)
100 ml port
2 1/2 tsp yeast
100 ml water
500 g unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp salt

no need to fix anything in most other area as houses must have been painted
at least a few times since 1979. The new paint should cover the lead paint.
And if the house is maintained well, you should have no paint peeled off.

具体一个serving size就是：

Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱

paint中的铅在的传播大多可以肉眼看到 （i.e. peeling paint chips）， 不像含铅
汽油 (Airborne lead)。所以如果住， common sense 的注意事项 就好了。小孩 和
食物 等 不要 接触 possible peeling paint.
以上假设房子不是太烂。 如果整天掉漆掉渣掉尘土...就不用我说了.... |

先我们看看有机食品是怎么定义的。 有机食品是指食品生长过程或者加工过程没有使
用人工合成肥料或者杀虫剂。 Farmer们使用自然的东西比如aged manure, humus, and
compost 做为肥料， 或者使用crop rotation and natural insect predators like
lady bugs来控制虫害。 WHO， AAO， 美国的EPA都制定了严格的Guideline来控制种植
，加工， 包装过程已保销售的食品符合有机食品的定义。 美国USDA于2002年十月21日

，有点像foam pad，那种胶是permanent的，很难peel off。刚搬进去的时候花了n多时
间刮那个，用酒精可以溶掉那种胶。
其实target等店有一种专门垫cabinet和抽屉的pad，一大卷，不带胶。也有带胶的，但
是可以easily peel off的。 |

3 cloves garlic, peeled
6 g ground cumin

In a food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until chunky
