I don't advocate increasing people in countryside. Just talk about possible
reasons. You know after 1979, the field are divided into so small slices,
no big vheicle can easily run their. How could the efficiency be increased

out a systematic social security for farmers, the arguments for the necessity
are sufficient, although not inclusive. Any kind of social security plan for
farmers, in my personally opinion, will be not be available for a long time.
A simple reason is that this will hurt the ruling class's interest. It will
need a long enduring fight to win such a security for peasants.
