情况是这样的，LD在城市里一家美国公司做初级财务，一直兢兢业业，任劳任怨。本来
是帮助controller做某种报表，另加一些accounts payable 工作。入职6个月后去找
controller商量加工资，没成。估计LD在谈判过程说了一些不应该说的话，比如据说xx
是在三个月就加了工资（这个事情后来发现是另外一个人误传的）。不管怎么样，尽管
工资没有加成，当时controller还是说你一直都表现很错，一年后就加，云云。
但是现在风云突变，突然不让LD负责报表部分的工作了，原来负责的accounts payable
也分给其他人做（那些人在LD忙报表，顾不过来时由controller分配下去帮忙做）。现
在LD只要去负责3周前离职的一个人的accounts payable部分（LD没有参与过）。
LD感觉很不妙，公司的气氛看起来也很诡异了。accounts payable的manager原来和LD
关系还好，现在好像就要随时找碴一样，（估计另外一个同办公室的家伙老去打什么小
报告，好像想把LD挤走）。
