Job Description
We have business covering 50 states and multiple offices located in USA. Our
parent company is one of the leading flooring companies in China. We have
amazing opportunity for Accounts Payable positions opening in PA and NJ
offices.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is hungry to learn and move
up quickly in the company. We will provide training. You can’t be afraid to
ask questions.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following;
Invoice entry in Accounting System and ensure invoices are processed
accurately
Expense and credit cards report processing
Payment processing such as prepare payment list at by-weekly basis
Some assigned special business reports
AdHoc duties as needed
Accounts Payable Documentation filing and scanning
Other assignments as needed
Required Skills:
Accounting degree - a must
Minimum of 1 year of full time Accounts Payable experience
Solid experience with accounting Software QuickBook or similar is a plus
Proficient in Excel and Word
Has good communication skill
Can organize tasks and routines efficiently
Mindful of deadlines and understand the utmost importance of meeting
deadlines
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
