limited partnership。
所以，第一个你说的一定是对的。a general partner may not be a limited partner
at the same time，general partner责任小些，limited partner是有更多责任的
第二个，A limited partner may not also be a general partner at the same time
.这个是false statement。因为 limited partner的职责包括了general partner，所
以limited partner一定会同时
也是general partner。
这样说，清楚一点了嘛？

这个虽然不能同意, 不过最近PwC过来的auditor里面真的有挺多gay.
我遇到两个经理级别的都是. 其中有一个带队过来的senior manager, 38岁,没结婚,
没女朋友.
有一次和我们吹嘘说他精力旺盛, 说他忙季的时候,好不容易一次周末休息, 还和他的
partner去山上跑步去了.
我当时傻的要死,不知道他是gay. 还以为他说的partner是PwC里面的partner,就傻乎
乎的问他:我知道你没结婚,但你的partner也是一个人,没有结婚嘛? 搞得他当时脸色难
看的要死.
后来我的director对我说这个senior manager向他投诉,说我是故意这么问他的,言下之
意就是说我歧视他了. 这个此partner非彼partner, 真是冤枉啊. |

microbiology已看完，immonology接近尾声，求小组加入，或者求正在看FA第一遍，且
有意一同复习的筒子组个小组。
简单介绍下本人的FA复习经历，5月20日左右开始正式复习FA，自己看完behavioral
science和biochem，6月9日找到一位很好的过FA第二遍的mm一起复习，就2个人，刚好
是我看完biochem的时间，所以和partner一起过microbiology，因为partner在过第二
遍且在做题，所以按照partner的提议，每周meet 2次，每次20-30页。虽然自己在看第
一遍，但没有太吃力的感觉，过的还比较顺利，当然partner在过第二遍，而且做了些
题，所以meet的时候partner讲解的比较多，讨论过程会告诉我都有什么题型，感觉很
有用。但是现在因为partner10月份考试，参加了一个比较intense的小组，没办法call
我了，所以上来继续求partner。

中国人中喜欢的就不多。才开始我自己爬，用Auto Belay，看见也落单的就多看他
几眼，一般都会过来问，这样的partner换了无数，自己的朋友也带了差不多20个
去试，一两次就放弃了，后来想想我自己也有问题就是我带他们去的时候自己也才
开始，不是很有兴趣的就很难激发了，我不能在技术上帮助他们。有一两个玩了

报名：拿到step1 成绩后就报名了，等了差不多1个月才拿到permit， 然后就约了6月
底的考试，这差不多是能够在9月前出分的最晚考试时间了。当时想如果能够准备好CK
就先考CK，不行就先考CS。
CK的准备：临床知识是考CS的基础，所以我先复习CK的内容，过了一遍MTB2和MTB3,做
了一遍UW的题库，这时距离我预约的CS考试时间只有2个半月了, 我觉得CK复习得还不
够好，只能先考CS了。
Study partner: 我起先一直在找，还找到一个和我同城的印度妹妹，可是她临时告诉
我暂时不能考了。后来又找到一个中国妹妹，她还有1个月就要考试了，我刚开始看FA
，我们网上练了一次，花了很长时间才练了1个case。后来她找到observation，我的复
习时间和她不match， 而且我刚起步，耽误人家时间不太好，就决定按自己的步骤来准
备，如果遇到合适的study partner 最好，没有也要按时参加考试，后来就一直自己练
习。

A Dallas-based man fears termination after having been denied sick leave
that would be offered to heterosexual married couples in order to care for
his ailing partner.
Bryan Dickenson, a 12-year AT&T employee, has been using vacation time to
