都要考虑。还有就是你可以雇一个physician，纯粹是雇佣关系，不是partner，工资给
的高就会有人来，管理上简单明了。 |

Partner是唯一可取的， 但这是赌博， 一个不好的partner会让你噩梦一辈子。

partner的。没有partner自己接所有的call，就成24x7的工作了，太让人吃不消。
我还想找RA呢，现在有不少radiology assistant program，找RA给我dictate cases，
效率高很多。 |
