there are a few terms you might want to consider.
1. how much , 10%, 20%
2. how to get them, one-year cliff, 4-year vest. his equity / 4. not one-
year, get nothing
--- if you raise A round, you will be forced to sign the same thing by VCs.
3. what if fire
4. what if hire another one
5. what if raise A round, say, 30% the VC ask, how to dilute.
