关于partial fill这个其实是可以测试的，关键在于数据，如果有level 2的数据，可
以知道自己排在什么地方，然后执行的情况就可以计算出来了，对市场的影响也可以计
算了。对于limit order，partial fill非常常见，这个是交易的一部分，没有什么好
办法去掉。

我没有及时注意到气的拉升，准备进时已经两根柱子了，strike10的call是0.05/0.08,
我设了0.07的limit order，size是100个call。
最后partially filled了68个call，我买进后，UNG价格马上就上去了，剩下的order不
可能再以0.07买入了，我就cancelled了剩下的order。
然后气到了我感觉差不多的位置，我就出了。
这一笔，投入500块，不到半小时，赚了330块（如果100个call都买到，就是500块钱了
）。
我觉得可以了。

Application，里头要填所有tenant的租金和ssn；但当初为了方便（懒得一个一个找
ssn），只由二房东file rebate，claim所有的房租，这样二房东可以拿到全部的
rebate么？
这里头的一个问题在于，每个房客的state tax return file里头就已经要求每个人填
rent的数额，所以州政府应该有同个地址里头的各个人的partial rent的数据，所以最
后honor的rebate不知道是根据整个房租给的rebate，还是州税务局自己算出的该二房
东的partial rent给的rebate。
请教大家这种情况都是怎么file的？每个房客都一一file rebate application？ |

当时filing 2008 tax return就把credit拿了。
因为当时我收入低，所以我可以把4000全拿回来，LG收入高，就拿了partial credit.
所以我们是married filing separately.
但是他去年被layoff, jobless了一段时间，所以2009的收入就可以把4000块都拿回来。
我们咨询了，填了张1040X,修改了关于他的tax credit,退回了去年拿回的partial
credit for first time home buyer.
今年如果分开填，他申报first time home buyer credit没什么问题，我就想知道能不
能joint 报，然后拿回他的4000千呢？表格做的很傻，只能是一起分开，一起合报。不
知道谁知道这种情况怎么弄吗？主要是joint会划算些。

昨天收到IRS的回复，需要我补2009，2010两年的税，加上interest及penalty共1万多
。因为他们认为我2009年下半年及2010年不能用Tax Treaty申请免税。
我2007年10月底从国内到美国作J1博后，之前在加拿大做过两年博后。2009年夏天拿到
加拿大移民，因为要到Calgary访问而且9月份转H1B，也就顺便登陆加拿大拿了枫叶卡
并在Calgary拿到3年的H1B美国签证。但之后除了去年去加拿大开过一个会议外从未在
加拿大停留。期间较多地回国内访问、交流。2010年初美国博后转成research
associate，一直到现在。因为有人跟我提过我可以根据Tax Treaty申请三年免税，我
在报2007-2010(一直到10月份)填税表时都申请全免联邦税并已退回。2011年我按照

recharacterization的专项啊

5498怎么办？还是说2012的recharacterize可以放到明年2013报税的时候填？然后2013

IL 3个月,工作了OPT。
问题是搬到IL以后，payroll的地址更改的有延迟，于是第一次pay check算的IL
working state （扣了大部分的税）, MA resident state（十几刀的税）,后面的收入
都只扣了IL的税。
现在收到了3张W2
第一张是学生时候MA税表没问题。
打个比方，工作后总收入一共20000，有5000在第一次paycheck上。
第二张工作以后税表MA的state tax, 工作以后总收入都在Wages, tips other
compensation = 20000，还有一栏是state wages 栏是5000。
第三张W2是工作以后税表IL的，也是工作以后的总收入在wages, tips other
compensation, state wages = 20000; state wages = 20000
现在报税，如果选MA是resident（说明是超过183天算）， IL partial resident， MA

母办的，不过要把他们国内的收入计算在内。我父母国内收入不算低，就从来没有考虑
过。我侄女才5岁，没有收入，所以才考虑的。

want to try them too.
I think most houses have 5-6 bedroom, good for 3-4 families.
usually the houses are for rent by the week. Only very rarely they would
allow partial week rental, and even if they do, the rent is not much lower
than whole week. you may have to call them in orer to get partial week
rental. can't do it online. |

考官是个非常耐斯的老太太. 口试远比想象的简单, 所有我关注的各种难偏怪题一个没

从Lima到Machu Picchu最快的方式便是飞Cusco,然后转火车直达。可惜我们当
时在网站上订火车票的时候已经定不到我们想要的日期了，只好先飞到Cusco，坐车到
Ollantaytambo，再转火车去马丘比丘。顺便游览一下这座保存的很不错的印加古城，
颇有收获。
1 Lima-Cusco 飞机
总觉得马丘比丘带动了秘鲁的旅游事业，从Lima到Cusco的飞机航班很多，选择余
地大，价格便宜的时候都不到50美金，飞行时间一个半小时，网站定票也方便。
我们最后选的是StarPeru, 网址www.starperu.com
2 到Ollantaytambo的汽车
从机场出来taxi,中巴大巴很多，中巴大巴人坐满了就开，中巴价格每人10soles，一路风景如画，58KM，约2小时车程。
3 到Machu Picchu的火车

6月份收到IRS发的信要求提交更多材料包括2009，2010两年报税表复印件、签证页等信
息，他们需要重新审核我的税表，于7月初把材料准备好提交给他们。
昨天收到IRS的回复，需要我补2009，2010两年的税，加上interest及penalty共1万多
。因为他们认为我2009年下半年及2010年不能用Tax Treaty申请免税。
我2007年10月底从国内到美国作J1博后，之前在加拿大做过两年博后。2009年夏天拿到
加拿大移民，因为要到Calgary访问而且9月份转H1B，也就顺便登陆加拿大拿了枫叶卡
并在Calgary拿到3年的H1B美国签证。但之后除了去年去加拿大开过一个会议外从未在
加拿大停留。期间较多地回国内访问、交流。2010年初美国博后转成researcher
associate，一直到现在。因为有人跟我提过我可以根据Tax Treaty申请三年免税，我
在报2007-2010(一直到10月份)填税表时都申请全免联邦税并已退回。2011年我按照

发帖数: 264 | 50 走59街桥的线路我开过很多次，就是在河东岸有时候有一段会堵一点。总体都还不错。
GPS上设59街桥为via point就可以了。
Google Map上的路程：
Fort Lee, NJ
1. Head southwest on Lemoine Ave toward Hoym St
2. Take the 1st right onto Hoym St
3. Take the 2nd right onto Center Ave
4. Turn right onto the ramp to US-9 N
5. Slight left onto US-9 N Partial toll road
6. Merge onto Interstate 95 Upper Level N Partial toll road
Entering New York
7. Take exit 2 for Amsterdam Avenue toward University Avenue
