Student, etc.)） 的答案应该是 “Paroled” 。 而Q15 （ Current Immigration

最近IL警方抓了一个人。是个富二代。
他在FL飙车，撞死了两个英国游客，然后跑了。后来被条子抓住了。但是估计赔了很多
钱，另外上下打点，所以FL法院只判他HOME PRISON两年。
但是，这之前他在IL就惹过祸，还在ＰＲＯＢＡＴＩＯＮ，回来后就进了JAIL。
报纸报道这个事只是介绍了这件事，还有这个人的背景。就没有去比较为什么FL只判他
家庭监狱。
主要的问题在于经过一百多年，美国人民媒体对先富已经麻木了。

我今天在北京打算飞回美国，手上有回美证跟工卡二合一的回美证，这个卡的下方注明
：SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE,但在首都机场准备出境时中国边防检查站却把我
拦住了，说我那个只是工卡，不能出境。在机场他们折腾了我差不多两个小时，然后告
诉我说我的卡不是有效签证，不能让我出境，让我去美国大使馆办理签证才能离境。没
办法我只好办理机票改签，找了一个酒店住下来。现在头脑一片茫然，不知如何是好。
想请问各位论坛里的姐妹，有哪位姐妹用过工卡和回美证二合一的卡回过中国同时又能
返回美国的？如果我等到星期一去美国大使馆，我能不能进入使馆凭我这个二合一的卡
得到有效进入美国的凭证？非常急，恳请各姐妹帮忙，在线等答案。谢谢！

你又错了。这是很基本英文语法。你自己不懂英文自己去问。
had ... not是提出假设情况跟着必须用would来说在这个假设情况下怎么样。否则就讲
不通。
would是说假设情况下怎么样的。would必须有一个if或had来说在什么假设情况下would
。这句话里一读到would，就明白要找一个if或had来形容假设情况。跟着的had ...
not（或你说if ... had not也可以）就是用来形容在什么假设情况下would。
在这里had ... not和would用起来就是这段

这段说，在外国人没有离开跟着回来的假设情况下，那个外国人的工作允许没有过期。

An advance parole is a travel document issued to an applicant with a pending
i-485 adjustment of status case in order for him/her to return to the

考古之后发现有两种声音。

the United Stated)写"Each parole period shall not exceed one year from the
data of parole at the port-of-entry",这到底是什么意思?我的理解是advanced
parole入境后就应该一直可以呆到485的决定批下来,那么应该是没有时间限制的,那么
这里说的一年又是什么意思?
