首先，估计有4000sft，主卧不算小，当然也不算大，但是应该比15*12大。地下室是后
来装的
二楼空间利用很低 基本上玄关和客厅，包括二楼楼梯过道都浪费了，其他卧室不算大。
问题有以下：
1楼family room是地毯，二楼两个房间是地毯。
3.5个卫生间，2.5要大搞，地下室那个很大，还有steam shower，小更新估计就行了。
1楼木地板状态还是不算特别好，二楼好很多。
厨房没有pantry，但是橱柜很多，厨房很大，但是没有double oven，冰箱是sub-zero
但是是单开门的。住进去以后可能会凑活一会，但是总觉得别扭，如果要搞，估计就要
大搞。
在我之前有3个showing，我们出来就刚好有人进去又去看了。
大家能稍微帮我估估价么，
换地毯：650sft估计
卫生间：2.5全部拆了重装
厨房大搞或者小搞（只把抽油烟机换微波炉）
哎 纠结死了 这个房子到底怎么样啊
我agent做了个cma，基本上mount prospect其他类似房子per sft的价格都比这个高 但

旭日初升，迎来新的一天。在cruise上的第二天就在我们的送到我们房间的早餐开始的
。打开balcony上的落地门，天气还是有点凉，所以还是在室内吃早点。船长日志上说已
经到了Virginia附近了。
我一边喝着番茄汁，吃着粘着蜂蜜的muffin，大嚼Danish Pantry，一边感叹着room se
rvice的好处，正象某个广告里说的：Once upon a time, I am queen and you are th
e king，终于体会到古代的君王的饭来张口的生活了。
今天船上有一些娱乐活动，晚上有show，品酒，有电影Mr. and Mrs Smith，还有Casin
o。我们一边欣赏着海上的晨景，一边看着房间里的有线电视。这时候，有一个乘客有了
medical emergency，所以我们的ship稍稍靠近陆地，直升飞机随后赶到。远处的陆地因
为是冬天，没有绿树的覆盖，有些荒芜。又过了一会儿，据说已经到了south Carolina
了。可能明天就到Florida，就可以在阳台上吹着海风听着海浪，心里慢慢激动起来。

，沿FDR走到中城，中间买水，人家一看我们满身土，就没收钱。快中午了，才排到回
NJ的渡船。下来，看见老婆在等。我问她，你等很久了吗？她说第一次来是十点，等五
分钟，没见到我，就搭几个人，回来再等。那时候，好像人都是很善的。 |

发帖数: 543 | 18 水池右边弯角的后面是门。准备放一套桌椅早餐用的。岛子大小被那个弯角限制了，突
出来恐怕不好看。还是不做太大了吧。其实储藏的空间足够了，还有一个pantry。主要
是想有点台面，这样操作的余地比较大些。尤其是party会比较好。
现在初步打算把洗碗机挪到弯角处，24寸大概不够，上个18寸的。灶头移到现在洗碗机
的位子，灶头下面装一个drawer洗碗机。这样怎么也够用了，而且洗碗机离灶头附近放
盘子的壁橱比较近。担心只有一个小于标准的洗碗机，将来卖房子比较麻烦。岛子上就
什么都不放了，就是台面。下面柜子放几个门。这样不用在岛子上装hood了，而且，不
用把sink和洗碗机移到岛子上，省得挖地板了。而且还是觉得sink在窗口比较好看。

最麻烦是要加crown molding，颜色差点都难看。
问题是我不知道现有家具的颜色，好像是natural。
local店还能看实物，网上只能看description了，如“Oregon oak”，这个有工业标准
么。

各个地方都有知名的local店，需要打听一下，看看review一类
随便说一个，21街那个harris tetter对面的小店里面的Bergur就很有名。
有风味的还有Pancake Pantry，这些bakery也很不错。都是local店。
21街那几个bar都不错啊，各有各的风味。比如有名的see and been seen rather than
dinning的Sunset Grill。
孟菲斯和Nashville都有的Corkey's BBQ店也很有名，这些其他地方也都没有。
其实，各地都有风格的。比如新奥尔良的crawfish, Chicago的特别厚的Pizza，这些都
是有自己特色的，更不要说德州的风格更是迥异了。
还是要吃惯中西，腐败到底啊～～～ 呵呵
我只是随便写写，大家继续挖掘。
btw:野猪就是wild boar，如果在Vandy，没有理由不知道啊。就在那就日本店对面，21
街尽头的三岔路口交汇处，法学院对面的那家。有空路过帮我看看，看看是否关门了，
