对冲基金Canarsie Capital的华裔创始人Owen Li在不到一年多的时间内，把投资者的
近1亿美金亏成了20万，案件曝光后，曾一度轰动华尔街。美国证券交易委员会（SEC）
和司法部介入调查，Owen Li被控一项证券欺诈罪以及作假口供罪。2015年12月16日在
纽约南区联邦法庭认罪。
Owen Li时年29岁，他于2013年1月创建了Canarsie对冲基金，起步时有大约10名投资者
和1655万美金基金。到2013年底，Canarsie的资产增加到4775万美元，业绩不俗。Owen
Li第一年就赚了220万美元。2014年，他再筹集了1680万资金。该基金直到2015年1月
崩溃前，有41名投资人和5680万美金资产。

希区柯克有个电影《电话谋杀案》，这是是她最喜欢的片子之一，整个影片就讲一个智
商很高的丈夫如何在头脑中精心策划了一出谋杀妻子的案子，结果却在实施过程中各种
意外频出，最后也因为一个小细节，彻底的被暴光，好像西方人还拍过许多这种谋划未
来的片子，那些创意都比这个次一等了，比如《守法公民》，还有《越狱》前几季等，
更注重于突出主角的智慧，仿佛是有了上帝之手，把其他人都都像攥提线木偶一样的攥
在手里，怎么可能。
未来到底是可以预测的还是处处充满意外。

《红楼梦》第五十六回是贾探春的正传。啊，隋媛爱这个女孩儿，这个才情和相貌
比林薛史都次一点的女孩，她一生也没有经历什么轰轰烈烈的爱情，最后的结局是一生
隐居与山石泉水为伴，算是真正的实现了爱自己。她回忆起了认识她的源头，小时候她
爸爸给她讲探春的故事，此外还讲了与她性格非常想像的两个书中角色，就是后来隋媛
也看过很多遍的《京华烟云》里面的两姐妹，姚木兰和姚莫愁。她那时坐在爸爸怀里，
问他希望她长大后变成什么样儿，他说是像这些女孩儿一样有学识、有主见、有性格，
然后不妖不嗲不燥。“我做到了啊”，她真得希望上天给她一次机会就让她告诉爸爸，
我很好，我做到了……
啊，不能再深想下去了。今天，她的那个怀抱不在家，她想的太多，万一情绪失控
，谁来抱她安慰她呢。突然，她好想他。
哎呀，这一周可真够忙得，周一安排了大巴去接了两个老师、学生还有部分随行的
家长，安排了酒店。这两周内这十五六个人的饮食起居、学习旅游就全靠她名下的这个
小公司了，想想就觉得压力好大。

邓炜谦又名邬林，英文名William Tang, 是Beyond乐队创队成员和首任主音吉他手
。Beyond的名字就是邓炜谦所取。而Beyond后来的发展也秉承了“超越一切音乐领域，
超越自我”的目标，成为华语乐坛的殿堂级乐队。
1983年退出Beyond后，邓炜谦与叶世荣、黄贯中、马永基组成重金属乐队高速啤机，创
作和演奏重金属硬摇滚音乐，出版了两张专辑并举办过音乐会。1987年邓炜谦离开高速
啤机，而后沉寂了很长一段时间。是1993年黄家驹的意外去世令他重回音乐界，历任唱
片企划、演出乐手、音乐导师和制作总监等职。

洛杉矶县警局巡佐Steve Owen 5日中午在北边的兰卡斯特市（Lancaster）围捕入室行
窃窃贼时遭枪击，不幸殉职。受枪伤的非裔嫌犯已被警方逮捕。
洛县警局发言人Nicole Nishida表示，当天中午，警方接到报警称，在兰卡斯特West
街3200号街区附近发生住宅窃盗案。巡佐Steve Owen当时在住宅后方遭到嫌犯枪击，被
击中脸部，送医不治身亡。
抓捕嫌犯过程中，另一位警员赶到支援，与他展开枪战。嫌犯跳上巡佐Steve Owen的巡

从微信朋友圈就能看出来，一年一度的school concert开始了。就见别人家的娃，衣冠
楚楚的优雅的上台献艺，偶们的春天还远吗？
事实给做美梦的肚皮娘一记响亮的耳光。
肚皮今年四年级，正式开始学习乐器。偶们挑了男孩子最流行的单簧管，这个是特意征
求了钢琴老师的意见，说单簧管跟萨克斯风比较接近，肚皮现在太小拿不动萨克斯风，
单簧管学两年将来就可以吹萨克斯风了。
听着够拉风？娃把单簧管舞成双截棍的样子更拉风。可怜的单簧管来到我家几个月，被
摔坏踩坏吹坏了好几回，也就是租的乐器不心疼啊。至于练习，刚开始新鲜的时候还是
一天有10分钟的，可是到了后来也就是每周一次的乐队练习了。这种练习力度，效果可
想而知。
“肚皮你们今天band练习的怎么样？”
“Horrible， Mr. Arsenault说我们吹得他都快脑溢血了。”
“那今天呢？”
“很糟糕， Mr. Arsenault说难怪恐龙都灭绝了，肯定是被我们的演奏给吓的。”（他

刚刚看见问号同学狂损了这个电影一通，感觉有不同见解，这里来跟跟问号同学商榷一
下。
当然，问号同学也看出来了，这个不是一般的浪漫电影，男女主人公在巴黎谈恋爱，终
成眷属什么的；也不是问号所建议的那样，是个穿越剧，这个跟大伙所熟悉的穿越剧完
全不是一码事。所以，用普通的浪漫电影和穿越剧的看法，当然是看不出什么所以然了
，也就会像问号同学那样，最终充满了质疑和困惑。
那么，这个电影既然不是爱情故事，也不是穿越剧，那么，它到底是什么呢？
有时候，一个作品就是为了讲一个故事：重点在于故事情节的跌宕起伏，一波三则；有
的作品在故事中侧重人物刻画，让人物栩栩如生，如见到真人一般，观众对于人物倾注
无数的empathy和带入感；还有的就是纯粹搞笑，逗得大伙一乐，也不追求逻辑和情节
的连贯性，很多喜剧片推敲起来都不合逻辑的。
当然，看电影跟读小说一样，都需要一定的suspension of disbelief：超人能够飞行
，是不符合任何物理定律的；让地球反转并不能使时间倒流；汽车挨上几颗子弹并不会
爆炸；爱情有时候会来得无缘无故。这些，都是需要观众读者的积极配合的。

一、“主义”与“问题” 我觉得“问题”与“主义”，有不能十分分离的关系。
因为一个社会问题的解决，必须靠着社会上多数人共同的运动。那么我们要想解决一个
问题，应该设法使他成了社会上多数人共同的问题。要想使一个社会问题，成了社会上
多数人共同的问题，应该使这社会上可以共同解决这个那个社会问题的多数人，先有一
个共同趋向的理想、主义，作他们实验自己生活上满意不满意的尺度（即是一种工具）
。那共同感觉生活上不满意的事实，才能一个一个的成了社会问题，才有解决的希望。
不然，你尽管研究你的社会问题，社会上多数人，却一点不生关系。那个社会问题，是
仍然永没有解决的希望；那个社会问题的研究，也仍然是不能影响于实际。所以我们的
社会运动，一方面固然要研究实际的问题，一方面也要宣传理想的主义。这是交相为用
