Declarer can still ruff a C, so he has 6+2 trumps, HA and HK, on the run of

With the major situations, if declarer can get 10th trick, he will be able
to get 11th if you don't break the squeeze.

club count. Later when partner gets in with a slow club trick, he can decide
to cash one more club or to shift to diamonds. CQ doesn't really achieve

dummy has CA and declarer ducks, partner may not know to overtake with CK

Must play partner having an ace, otherwise you don't stand much chance, as
6S + 2H + 1D + 1A = 10 already.
Since playing him with SA is a bit far-fetched given the bidding, we will go
with CA.
I don't quite see how CK first would solve your problem. It has no
difference than playing a diamond first. since after CK stands, what else
can you do? not to mention the chance partner may disastrously overtake with
Ax.

Today I went on the same bike trail (since I didn't bring my GPS and map)
for a 24-mile ride, and it felt like nothing. Perhaps I didn't push as hard
as last time. My balls didn't hurt and my hands were less numb. I even tried
drafting behind a girl for a few seconds before overtaking her. Also tried
the aero position a bit, but didn't feel too safe without aerobars. Totally
sweet. |

Rd从反方向来一把.当时就有几个有经验的人做抱头鼠窜状.以下是视频解说：
2:30 紧跟在我后面不停做鬼脸的是Toby,一个18岁的小孩,今年可以到cat2了,前途不可
限量.
3:10 前面的两个人退下,我和Bob开始pull,我告诉Bob他来定速度-我老是控制不好,要
么太快要么太慢.
5:45 Bob问我要不要退到后面,我说等过了下一个上坡再说.Bob冷笑一声没说什么.
6:15 过了一个小桥,开始爬坡,心想这坡也不过如此,那几个抱头鼠窜的也太娘了哈.
7:00 转过一个小弯,看见了面前的那个坡,我对Bob说"坑爹呀!"
7:20 听到大家此起彼伏的换档声了吧.

去年九月，再次志愿者了Ironman Wales，企鹅头脑一热，没有调查研究，直接sign up
了Ironman UK 70.3。同时加入了我们local的triathlon club。因为当时骨折刚刚3个
月，不良于行，于是开始了酱油的骑车训练，直到12月初，太危险作罢。这一搁置，直
到2月底，俱乐部开始组织group ride才又重新启动。同时开始跟Speedo Pace Club的
program练习游泳；还有就是和FIRST Plan开始跑步。
由于跑步没有build base，骑车也很二的push large gear，同时又是伤残初愈，企鹅3
月就受伤了。先是左膝疼，然后是右脚跟（骨折的那支）AT。听了俱乐部教练和Physio
的建议，为了把伤痛的损伤控制到最小，果断趴窝，该停跑停跑，该不骑就不骑。4月
厚着脸皮开始参加俱乐部coached swim session，个人自由泳的水平突飞猛进，由令人
发指的慢，升级为非常非常的慢。。。很后悔没有早参加这些session。游泳这个东西
，闭门造车是效率最低的，无论你看多少书和录像，都没有靠谱教练的一两句点拨来得

accept that on the day/effort/ride they were stronger than you. If you can’
t deal, work harder. But don’t go playing leap frog to get in front only to
be taken over again (multiple times) because you can’t keep up the pace.
Especially don’t do this just because the person overtaking you is a woman.
Seriously. Get over it. |

本想等看完澳网决赛的录播再唐的，可以有点儿技术含量，洗刷一下我只看颜值花痴脑
残粉的不良形象，后来发现没戏了--打开youtube找到比赛，前四盘平的，懒得看，于
是从第五盘开始看，看到2比3的deuce，预计下面就是那个让我难以释怀的破发，不禁
怒从心头起又看不下去，啪的关了。于是最终决赛看了不到6个game，还怎么技术型呢
？算了，破罐子破摔，还是来一篇我最擅长的形散神更散的琼瑶式花痴唐文，记录一下
俺豆的澳网2017之旅吧(橄榄球版有牛人写"发空这些人 马软这些年"，我这篇照猫画虎
可以叫做是"俺豆这半年")。

does not know how to run properly. I've met people like this -- their form
look good and their cadence very low and they are going relatively fast --
it looks like they are going very easily but they don't necessarily feel
