我从小长虽然不算帅可是还算中等。不过从大学开始我脸上的某个地方（不便说具体）
开始长的有点奇怪。一般也没有很明显，只是有些角度会比较明显，所以我平时照镜子
时就会多看两眼，看到这些角度的照片被tag就会remove。虽然有些在意可是没有很
obssessed，做整型这种事就压根没想过。
可是半年前偶尔在一个网站上看到一个关于整型的链接，不知怎么中邪了就点进去看，
看了后发现我脸上这个问题可以做一个整型手术，恢复期只要２周。当时觉得这么容易
，于是我就瞒着所有人去做了这个手术。到现在想起来都觉得不可思意，居然没考虑很
多就去做了，简直恨死我自己了，怎么这么蠢。
可能是和医生没有沟通好或什么的，做出来overdone了，我只是想要correct到normal

profit margin are already priced in. Another over 10% sell off seems to me
is really overdone! Not sure it is caused by institutional/HF or panic
investors.
Just my 2 cents. Let's see how aapl will be traded tomorrow. |

发帖数: 2808 | 4 很遗憾地告诉你，如果你没有cast iron的锅，或者不是barbecue，基本水准怎么做也
不会太高，想吃好的还是最好到扒房（不过第一次date千万不要去扒房，因为拿不准对
方吃不吃生肉。如果对方不吃生肉，你order了生的牛扒，尤其还叉着一块来边说边手
舞足蹈的，很容易让对方以后一想起你就潜意识里联想起生肉就产生生理性反感，人再
好长得再漂亮都回天乏术，不可能有第二次date的机会的。当然互相了解了后还是可以
该干什么就干什么）。
由于我不吃生肉，所以我的做的一般对普通人而言是overdone的。
准备工作就是抹少许盐在牛扒上，要按摩一下。还有，牛扒一般配的黑椒最好是
freshly crushed那种，味道会更尖锐一点。
善后工作就是先把碟子放在焗炉中（不要怕，很短时间的话碟子不会坏的）让它暖一点
，然后把牛扒放在上面resting，这一点好重要，否则一放碟就吃的话，汁水都流出来
，更好的设备更完美的做法，味道都会干。如果这一步做到了，那么前面不那么专业，
牛扒也不会那么难吃。
如果是barbecue，还是很好的，因为可以模仿char grilled的味道（虽然没有扒房那么

再说牛排，如果你只吃过全塑牛排或者自住餐里的牛排，你还是闭嘴吧。
我请一位国内来的大哥吃牛排，人家事先表示多么爱吃，于是
我自作主张给点了MEDIUM RARE，结果人家一叉子下去看到了
红色，立刻抱怨：这也太生了。感情爱吃了半天都吃的是WELLDONE。
WELLDONE=OVERDONE SUCKER，大哥显然不明白。
等你能吃出RIBEEYE和NYSTRIP味道的区别那才算入门。
然后我们再说PRIME RIB 和 FILET MIGNON的异同好不好？
中国饮食根本就不善烹调牛肉，不论是红烧，清炖，爆炒还是铁板，
基本上属于OVER COOK。这也难怪，中国地少人多，哪有那么多

STOCK ROM 4.2.2进步是明显的，三星Galaxy ROM虽然有不少更refined的地方，但是也
有些overdone的地方
综合来讲，Nexus 4是目前最好的Android phone，跟iPhone相比更有千秋，用Nexus 4
的不会换去iPhone，用iPhone的试了Nexus 4完全有可能放弃iPhone

叫 Baltic birch plywood, 很密实，很少voids,3/4" 有 13层，每一层都是baltic

Most you can do:
1) suction from nostrils (you should put some saline nose spray first, then
suction) don't overdone, it could lead to edema. (2 suctions per nostril
every few hours should be ok)
2) humidify the air if the air is dry
3) make sure the baby get in plenty fluids (at least 3 wet diapers in 24
