Although China overtook the U.S. as the world’s largest manufacturing
nation in 2010, the production margin between the two countries has been
razor-thin. However, new data indicates that China recently widened its lead
as the top global producer.

我觉得这个是比较可信的，因为T-72的变速器没有液力变矩器
而坦克柴油机的红线很低，你要同时保证1档的扭矩输出和一定的最高公路时速
你的传动比范围就要拉得非常开，根据我引用的数据
相当于它的overall ratio spread超过了8，这还是合理的
而同时T-72又是依靠两侧的档位差转向的，相邻档位间的ratio spread不可能太大
以8以上的overall ratio spread来说，分成7前速已经是相当稀疏了
如果你再去掉1档，那T-72的操控性基本上就是不能要了
至于T-34的传动，请问你还能设计一个更简单，更少费料的来吗？ |

11月30日，美国国防部正式公布了关于废除“不问不说”政策的调查报告，将被呈
交给国会和总统的这份报告指出，如果废除“不问不说”政策，即允许公开性倾向的同
性恋者在美国军队中服役，只是在短期内可能对军队产生某些有限的、零散的轻微影响
。本次调查还显示，70%的美国军人认为废除“不问不说”政策将不会对军队造成不利。
国防部的此次调查是为废除“不问不说”政策所作准备工作的一部分。已实行17年
的“不问不说”政策是基于国会通过的有关法案，该政策禁止公开性倾向的同性恋者在
美军中服役，军方不得询问军人的性倾向，军人也不得在部队中公开自己是同性恋者。
自从“不问不说”政策实行以来，已有数以万计的男、女军人因违反规定而遭到军队开
除。
总统奥巴马和国防部都支持废除“不问不说”政策，国会众议院也已经通过废除这
一政策的法案，但在美国军方仍有部分人对此存有疑虑和反对意见，国会中的一些共和
党议员也强烈反对废除“不问不说”，国防部就废除“不问不说”政策在整个军队中所

YouGov surveyed 2,206 people about their views on same-kisses and their
voting habits.
