发帖数: 2869 | 5 伤筋动骨一百天，如果手腕真的伤到，恢复时间至少好几个月。手腕伤通常是运动（网
球，羽毛球），或摔倒造成。如果不是太严重不用太担心，让它自然恢复就行。
俺打网球，滑雪，骑摩托车摔倒都造成过手腕受伤，但都是自然好了，没专门看过。
如果你不放心，可以去看Orthopedic的医生，有PPO 或EPO保险可以直接看，拍片子（
MRI)是分开的。 |

今天去看了orthopedic doctor,医生给我照片，检查，还给我打了局部消炎针，最后给
推荐到了physiotherapy at Sports&Spinal Clinic,在推荐单子上我看到一生乱七八糟
写着：
L: Abductor *** hip(中间这个单词根本看不清楚，貌似是什么otric还是oecic，有没
有大侠帮我猜下？多谢！ )

另外,orthopedic unit怎么样?我看广告上写的是"ranging from joint replacement,
spinal surgery, sports medicine to repair of fractures".我的要求是老年病人
和total care不要太多.没办法,我个子小,最怕动不了的病人.
Neurology 和 post surgical unit 怎么样?post surgicl unit病人是不是不太稳定?

。你自己查一下，不过PIP的意思就是不管是你的错还是对方的错，你的保险公司都给
你先cover上这么多钱（看病，误工），然后再从对方保险公司把这钱要回来（如果是
对方错误的话）。
前面说了，家庭医生看不了这个伤，得找Orthopedics，你就是见了家庭医生，估计他
也是把你refer给Orthopedics医生，米国看病是很分专科的。至于人家要啥保险，人说
啥就给人啥吧，记得先说清楚是车祸。
到这地儿了，我觉着好象去ER没意义了。
明儿早上第一件事 - 电话骚扰车祸律师，估计中午人就屁颠屁颠跑你家来请你签字了
，再往后每一步该咋办人家律师的小秘都会告诉你的，没有特殊情况你也就见这个律师
一面。人家安排你见Orthopedics医生绝对比你自己找家庭医生再转Orthopedics快。 |

SCHOOL OF MEDICINE的ASSISTANT CLINICAL PROFESSOR,现在在那个CLINIC做MEDICAL
DIRECTOR,同时在SCHOOL OF MEDICINE教书.他是American orthopedic foot society的
founding fellow,曾是KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITAL的CHIEF OF ORTHOPEDICS,他的临
床很强,但是academic appointment不强(只是assistant prof.),我需要请他在LOR上回

忍的。但今天，我先不想谈论他们，先谈谈兔子和猫的恩怨。
正如我先前所说的，美国是一个罪恶的系统和势力，每一种势力都无比的残忍，真正受
苦的是人民，美国人民，世界人民，也包括中国人民。世界被这各种黑暗势力搞的乌烟
瘴气，民不聊生。虽然，我身处美国，但我是一个中国人，同时也是一个平民。我不是
美国的执法机构，所以我不会去做执法机构要做的事情，来扫除这些黑暗势力。当然，

发帖数: 639 | 29 不确定这个妈妈手到底是哪种。我的手臂也疼，不过是两只手都疼。从孕后期就开始了
。原本医生告诉我说生完后会消去。
接过到现在娃都两周大了，手臂只有越来越疼。上次去见了下internal medicine。被
告知很可能是tendonitis。要见
orthopedics specialist才能确诊。而且要见orthopedics里专门治疗hand的。我这还
没约到呢。我在手臂上的筋是明显的
肿胀。而且很疼。抱娃多了会恶化。可惜啊，还是需要给娃拍隔啥的。不抱又不行。唉
～ 大多时候都忍着了。
不过貌似不论需要时间恢复。医生也提到可以打steriod。这个我不是很想打。听说打
了对减体重有很多负影响。最近太累
没过多的时间研究，反正现在还没约到专家。等回头再看到底打还是不打。
我也问了医生关于自己买splint。她不是很建议现在买。说最好确诊后再买。

第一，关于安全问题，由于做实验免不了10点回的可能性，虽然178但还是害怕的，所

找到了一种可以缓解疼痛的睡姿就是把腿抬起来。我也担心这种睡姿会对健康不利。
德州版貌似潜水的人很多，不知道谁有这方面的治疗经验，不管中医西医还是保健偏分

Family doc is far less knowledgeable on such very special sport medicine
issue and orthopedic issue.
I suggest u go to see a specialist such as bone surgeon or orthopedic
surgeon, if they say no need surgery, it is ok. I won't believe familydoc at
all! They even don't know how to read MRI!

发帖数: 1703 | 42 我的右肩打球伤可能要做手术了，伤已经有七八个月了，前天orthopedics diagnose
“posterior labrum tear”。建议作arthroscopic手术。
试过了很多保守疗法，physical therapy, chiro,针灸，冰敷热敷，好像没有什么太明
显效果，至少没有使pain completely go away. 疼痛时好时坏，多数时候不是太疼，
而且睡觉也无碍。但是总是有刺痛感，打球不行，对生活工作也满烦心的。
上网查了很多关于肩伤的资料，各种肩伤里面包括rotate cuff injury, 诊断的labrum
tear好像症状和我自己的感觉是比较相似。但是两个月前做过的MRI report里面，没
有查出问题，报告里说 “labrum appears to be intact”. orthopedics 说可能是因
为比较小的tear,MRI有时诊断不出来。只有arthroscopic手术可以做出比较准确的判断。
现在有两个选择，作这个arthroscopic手术，需要很长的恢复期。六个星期戴sling,然

通知你打电话给vet ，让vet 把12个月内的medical history 传真给他们。。
如果12个月内没上过vet.就需要体检一下。。。
另外还有个orthopedic 的waiting period.. 要六个月，
但是如果你带猫狗去vet检查一下没有orthopedic方面的问题，就可以缩短到2周。 我看奥利奥经常三只脚走路，赶紧找那个马虎韩国医生检查一下，开个证明，希望他像上次一样马虎，啥也查不出来，waiting period就可以缩短了。。。 |

WASHINGTON -- Massachusetts experienced a shortage of primary care
physicians for the fifth year in a row in 2010 and half of primary care
doctors in the state stopped accepting new patients, according to a study
released Wednesday by the Massachusetts Medical Society.
Massachusetts has, in some ways, been a model for healthcare reform for the
