大家是怎么准备这个original的啊？只有一句两句话说明自己研究成果是original好像
不是in detail吧？

如果你first做了一件事后没人搭理的工作，做完了就做完了，那就不算origional
比如你在买买提挖个坑，这叫first不错，但是，要有人跳，甚至有很多人跳，才叫
origional
不然谁都可以挖个没人跳的坑，都claim自己original了。 |

发帖数: 290 | 5 我同意 arthury 的说法,也从AAO的 appeal case 里得到了验证。
首先你claim的这个东西必须是 significant contribution，然后再证明是 original
的，反过来的话，CIS就不认。
但是，地球人都知道，original 好证明 （paper 都是 original），但是
significant 难弄 (没人在实践中用过你paper上的东西，怎么证明significant?)。这
就是为什么AAO反复强调，contribution 的重点在 significant 的原因。
所以，我觉得证明contribution 的关键在于挖掘自己的paper在实践中的应用。 |

看字面意思，交I-140的时候必须交上an original labor certification, 我去年
renew我的H1B签证时系秘书给我的唯一的原件就是I-797A表，没有这个an original

the work of other scientist， 我的理解是这样，只要三条都被认可，申请人就会被
认为是属于本领域内的top small percentage，不会出现三条都符合，但是还算不上
top small percentage；而且，不需要三条都是top small percentage。
如果没被接受为top small percentage，基本上都是因为没能证明original
contribution of major significance。
关于original contribution of major significance，在看了很多资料后，我的理解
是这样的：
发在牛杂志上算不上证据，
单纯引用数目多效力也有限，
有效的证据如下：
1. 被非review文章引用为权威之作，高度评价；或者结果被采用，应用，重复，被当
作基础做进一步的研究
2. 被review文章详加介绍
3. 推荐信里确证了上面的两条

请问在origin中作图，export成eps，在laTex中插图时候有什么讲究么？
我输出的eps一部分正常，另一部分却提示：
!Latex Erorr: cannot determine size of graphic in figure1.eps.(no
BoundingBox).
无法正常编译。
问题在于同样的操作export了好几个figure，只有一两个有问题，这些图的数据格式图
片设置都几乎一样。在‘option’的‘page’里面瞎动动，好了一个，还有一个还是不
行。不明白为什么origin有些输出正常有些不正常:-(
郁闷！

These days, one only has to mention Chinese human rights to get snickers
from Americans and the western media. Admit it, the Chinese culture is
known for food, customs (some disturbing) and test-taking. But Chinese
human rights? Oh Come on. Isn't that an oxymoron?
