还得再熬一天，真是折磨。。。

，就给她打了个电话过去。然后她说下周三还要面一个，大概下周五能有结果出来。实
在受不了，真不带这么折磨人的嘛。要不别一开始煞有其事的安排电话时间，然后又推

HOA对于这种事情是不管的，会让你和animal control/policy 联系。
每个town都有不同的ordinance，比如我们town就是不能连续叫15分钟以上，否则你可
以投诉。但是这15分钟可以是任何时间，就是说半夜3点和下午三点没有区别。查查你
们local的noise ordinance先。
你现在最好的办法是先和邻居沟通一下，不过不要抱希望，一般这种人都不怎么讲理。
再不行，就记录时间，往town里面投诉。如果你们不去院里它就不叫，那你们就不要去
了吗。
那些ultrasound的设备对很多狗都没有用，买一个试试，别抱希望。

engineer,architecture,最贵的就是律师了。碰到专业的东西，律师还是要包给
engineer的。其实也没有那么麻烦，自己要是能搞定的话，未必要有license的
engineer或者architecture sign off才可以，看看town的ordinance 怎么说的。不明
白就到town里zoning board或者engineer去问问,想省钱自己搞，就要不怕麻烦。俺曾
经给一个朋友咨询过，只是自己画画图纸，把driveway加宽，搞了个patio.其他的不同
情况，不同处理。 |

美国装修都要申请，否则就会被罚钱，特别是纽约，至少1500到几千不等。不要指望可

因为我认识个师傅手艺很好，找熟人装修放心，工作忙没时间监工只能包工包料。但他

对Ted Lieu的支持是从Latino Caucus和Black Caucus对他的打压开始（包括当时两个
Caucus对同属亚裔的Al Muratsuchi 的报复）。在很多个人支持之后，SVCA讨论并在FB
group开了poll。在绝大多数同意以SVCA endorsement的情况下，我们和Ted Lieu做了
多次的email和电话讨论，并和其他各方都讨论过。具体理由可以看之前的endorsement
文章。主要基于其在SCA－5后的表现，AB1266的投票及其他一些和亚裔有关的事。
