FoxPro中load的命令是insert memo 或者是append memo,
没有找到Oracle中是用什么命令来把数据装进来,

index if your insert statment has "where" clause.
If you just loading a lot of thing into oracle table, try to
using bulk loading,
like sqlldr, or direct path loading.
The proformance is heavily depends on your hard ware and

commit(usually about thousands of record) is faster than
single record or less than one hundred record commit. I
think in Oracle it should work too. Also, in oracle, there
should have some parameters to be adjusted for performance.

you are expected for delay. DBA studio is developed
by java, and your hardware is tooo....week fora oracle
server. Well, honestly, you can run a oracle server
on such machine,
login using sql plus and do all your work there. But for
that ugly GUI DBA studio, your hardware is too week to
handle it.
A good idea is to run a linux box(586is enough) install a oracle
there and use your desktop to logon to that box,
save some lagtime. |

Remove all Oracle related stuff: database folder, and program folder, and
registry.
Or try Oracle 9i release 2, very nice. I just installed it on Win2K today and
everything runs very smoothly. |

Be prepared for 24/7 on call for DBA. If your shop stick to Oracle,

其实我认为就是先把Number类型转换成Binary类型，再按8位分组，再把8位转变成NUMBER
！

这样有二台oracle，一台用来读，一台用来写或是二台都能读写
用高级复制的话对硬件的要求不是太高
但听说如果写数据量大的话，高级复制会有很多问题出现
2.用Logical Standby
Logical Standby、的Standby的数据库可以给应用程序读访问
那也行啊，可以缓解好大的压力
但用Standby技术对硬件要求太高
有点儿为难
3.干脆用一个MySQL,e用来进行写
用户提交的数据（只有在一张表中）都先保存到这
而另一程序同时从MySQL中读数据到Oracle里
数据处理放在主数据库Oracle中
但这还是有一个数据不一致性问题
因为数据处理有较强的实时性
根据提交时间的先后排队处理的
上面三个方案哪一个更可行？ |

的话会出现 ORA-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server

batch job会出错，我试了试，用JDBC只开connection, 开到107个就出错了，估计晚上
的时候大job比较多，没到107一样会出错，问DBA, oracle DBA是白痴说oracle没有

PGA history都找不出来，server也不规我管，哪位高手给想想从哪里着手，怎么查，
