老师出来面试的）。。。所以只面了santa clara的（暑假在santa clara实习，比较有
感情，而且确实背景偏硬件）。。。也不会数据库。
我觉得课的话自己去看mit的公开课就好了吧，本科时上过C++（OO部分，还刷了一段时
间的POJ，还参加校内选拔赛得了个三等奖），practicum， 这学期compiler在用java
，去年OS课的project都是用的python，而且oracle的这工作本来就用os和network（我
也旁听过network，cornell的os也讲network，还做了个multithreaded smtp server
project），所以这两门就不用了，自己拓展一下就好。db之类的确实得上一下。
amazon是给我onsite了，而且project不难，但是我很久没用c++了，python也只用过一
学期（scripting不算），写完了测试时才发现有个假设错了，所以输出数据不对，还
没时间改了。。。所以被据了。。。

oracle的base比yahoo高1w。感觉team的话，yahoo好一些，search。oracle是debugger

oracle的消息（应该就这两天了，听说通过率还挺高的），提前求助一下大家怎么选择。
在下太弱，google onsite的挂掉了，然后加面一轮拿到这个google engineering
residency的offer的。它感觉相当于一个预备项目，一年的contract，转正率很高（听
说有90%？），钱比实习生稍高。好像没有H1B，转正后才能。（更多信息见：https://

offer 1: 上市mobile service公司， 给了advisory developer title。 应该是新项
目，人员欠缺。看了glassdoor的review，90%评论negative，经常加班，pto都没法用
。公司业绩下滑，管理混乱，去年很多lay off，ceo也换了。我怀疑经常加班是
service相关部门的，根据和manager的侧面了解，应该没有那么压力大。当然实际情况
不好说
offer 2: 医院服务公司，据说pay的很高，工作轻松。但是在glassdoor上面salary
data很少，能看到的很低。有初步意向，具体offer还没有谈好。

职场上跳槽的话，上一份工作的工资是很重要的数据，会直接影响到你下一份工作的收
入。而且即便你不跳槽的话，待在oracle也比亚麻好，（原先亚麻第一年是不发奖金的
，不知道今年改了没有），何况每年的年终奖的百分比都是基于你当前基本工资的。
公司文化方面建议你自己好好了解一下，这个就不评价了。更重要的是你要进去的组，
找一个你喜欢的组。
跳槽的话，亚麻和oracle对于谷歌来讲没什么区别。基于你工作经历都能给你拿到面试。

同学找了个oracle的工作，base就在100k以上，现在fresh ms都这么值钱了？ 不过听
说oracle工资增长很慢，也许过几年也就慢慢和80k起薪拉平了 |

就是想知道一下那边的公司文化和氛围 我们30了 马上有孩子了 想找一份稍微稳定轻
松点的公司 安心等绿卡 带孩子 ， 不知道oracle怎么样？
老公在amazon 和ms都呆过amazon 很辛苦 经常oncall 福利不太好 签字费很高 股票
也还可以。
ms 政治斗争很厉害 涨工资以后牛气了 但是每年还是要抓右派 。 医疗福利虽然下
降 但是还是很好的 。 |
