我对唯物这部分是没啥意见的。我不信上帝佛祖李洪志。但是跑题说一下，马克思对宗
教的描述是非常深刻又充满人文关怀的：Religion is the sigh of the oppressed

conditions. It is the opium of the people.
我有意见的是来自黑格尔的辩证法那块。
第一，矛盾的说法没有解决任何问题。纯粹是为了小学生练习反义词用的。我知道了矛
盾是存在于一切事物的。比如正数和负数就是矛盾。他们是可以互相转化的，加个负号
就可以了。这告诉我了什么，什么也没告诉。加深了我对正负数的认识了吗？一点没有
。不光是正负数。我找不到任何事物可以靠矛盾论来加深认识的。还有什么矛盾的互相
转化啊，量变到质变啊，普遍性特殊性啊。例子倒是不难找。可是对加深人的认识一点
用处也没有。
第二，更扯淡的是大预言那块。黑格尔认为历史就是精神的 |

在Houston超市Target买面包的时候，一堆名词不认识，正好心血来潮，一改以往闷头
随便买的习惯，带小纸片和笔把名词一一记下回家查。
结果个个都是高热量的油炸食品，这倒不奇怪，倒是poppy seed，我怎么都不相信是罂
粟种子。居然在美国是合法的，还遍布面包(bread)、硬面包圈(bagel)、松糕(muffin)
等等各种甜点！
说说这个poppy seed罂粟籽，不错，它就是做鸦片的那个种子，就是国内火锅黑店让顾
客吃着吃着就上瘾的“调料”。2007广东检疫局从美洲进口的饼干检出罂粟籽，将其全
部销毁。
而地球的另一半，美国人居然吃得如此自如。更有意思的是，美国人在网上发问讨论，
说吃了含poppy seed的早餐，Drug tests通不过怎么办。（Drug Test是美国特有的公
务员或其他重要职位的入职体检）而的的确确，尿检或血检都会和吸毒者有同样的显示
结果，那么，个人认为，罂粟籽并不像美国人称的 “没有成瘾性”。

drug. they may suppress or increase baby respiratory rate and heart rate of
the baby. there are so many drugs under each category. some doc may report
some bad side effect, such as mepridine, which may have some bad effects on
the fetus. but as a MD, we care more about big sample randomized controlled
