condition。这意思是说pre-exsiting condition引起的突发事件要cover，一般诊断出
来的existing condition就不cover吗？那这样的话有啥问题看emergency岂不是更保险？
请有经验的大虾帮忙分析一下，不甚感激！ |

onset的意思是，很年轻就开始吃calorie restriction，old onset的意思是，中年才
开始吃
恒河猴原本平均寿命是２５岁，最长４０岁左右。
无论early onset还是late onset，都没发现CR对寿命有延长作用
因为版权问题，我把图就闪一会儿，晚上删除。第一张是old onset，第二张young
onset。虚线雌性，实线雄性，红色CR，蓝色是control
左上图是survival，也就是说，到了哪个年龄，还有多少percentage活着。剩下图是血
浆中糖，胆固醇含量神马的
可以看出，CR group（红色）的，血液指标确实好。但是并不活得比较长。
Cox regression表明，CR和control活的时间没有significant的差异，唯一显著的特征
是性别特征，雄的活得比雌的长

你说的 low IQ 是 post-onset 后的 IQ，而上面的研究是讨论 pre-onset IQ。
或者直接拿 schizophrenia 做例子好了。John Nash 的诺贝尔论文是 schizophrenia
onset 以前发的，onset 以后连教职都辞了。

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

前者寿命短，并发后3年左右，一开始的症状表现在语言和认知能力下降
后者寿命略长，5年到10年，甚至更多，一开始的表现是肢端控制能力下降
霍金是直到摔下楼梯才发现自己的疾病，估计是spinal onset的

回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。

后来多年研究，发现团块状物质是Amyloid Beta蛋白团，和一些tau蛋白丝。

神经元之间通信，需要突触连接（synapse），中间可以认为是电化学过程。

be damaged for most of patients unless their health are greatly compromised
in normal daily life before the onset of the fever. if a high grade fever
following several days to a week low grade fever usually indicates secondary
infection, at that time, he should go for a checkup (but not going to ER).
for any patient of fever that doesn't last longer than 7 days, i think he
should just rest and drink lots of water. going |
