dr这个音是唱muical需要的，其实你仔细听很多流行歌手也发dr.只不过没有muscial这
么要求严格。N多老美上课都被纠正这个发音。嘻嘻，不过我发那个音好像太过强调了一些。 |

我按着我粗浅的神学知识，觉得这两派意见(加尔文派和阿民念派)的矛盾不大。
就象 爱因斯坦/相对论和玻尔/量子力学的百年论战。现在看来两种理论并非完全针锋
相对，而是相辅相成的。
之所以有争议，很大的原因也是因为对救恩(salvation)定义和应用上的矛盾。
新约里最严厉的话语，可能是在希伯来书里。
希伯来书6:4-5里 的这些人仍然是从来没有过salvation的。
( those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted
the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit,
who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the
coming age )
两派的争议 还在于 如何看这两个的关系：
人的自由，神的主权和预定。
最近听到，一位传道人分享：这两项不是加起来100%的关系。而是在两个层面上

太人，但其实我觉得这不太符合历史背景，当时犹太教是合法宗教而基督教是非法，政
府迫害的基督徒。外邦基督徒自然无处可藏，但犹太基督徒可以躲进会堂得到庇护，然
而要能够进会堂的前提就是当众弃绝主耶稣和自己的信仰。所以不能简单就把这些人全
部归为是从来没有得到过salvation的.这是有salvation的一群面临极大挑战和考验的
基督徒。
特别是在经文里面提到的who have shared in the Holy Spirit, 这是我最大的困难。
犹太人或是从来没得过救恩的所谓的基督徒怎么可能在圣灵上有份？
之所以有争议，很大的原因也是因为对救恩(salvation)定义和应用上的矛盾。

问题不少，其中之一就是解不开以罗马书 11：22为首的众多警告经节。在同样的问题
上，加尔文派作者的其他书籍帮助不大。
我以前也相信一次得救永远得救，直到被一位普通的福音朋友问到以上问题，我给不出
答案，至少给不出一个他能听懂的答案。我想我就是从那个时候开始重新审视和更正的
自己所信的。
我目前接受David Pawson的观点，once saved not always saved。即使是重生有新生
命的真基督徒如果不长久的在他的恩慈里，也会被砍掉。那些警告的圣经经节是对真基
督徒说的。
如果以真/假基督徒的观点来看待那些回国后流失信仰的弟兄姐妹，很容易把他们归为
假基督徒。弟兄在好几个帖子里都强调真基督徒，但当我看到弟兄在为他们祷告，并提
供可以帮助他们维系信仰的建议时，我觉得弟兄很不错。

I have problem using NEC ND3530A burner with various software, imgburn and
nero. I could burn some movies and data dvds and it suddenly stopped working
by giving "Could not perform end of Disc-at-once" error. I did google but
no luck, I have DMA on, and tried to burn within 4300MB and slow the burning
speed to 2.4X but no luck. I put one of the logs here and really appraciate
if someone can help.

call,但每天都要收病人，病人主要是三类leukemia,SCD,再就是癌症了。因为我们这里
黑人比较多，所以几乎天天可以碰到pain crisis的病人，关于SCD的患者首先是要排除
acute chest syndrome,再就是PE,记得前两天有个患者，上看他的时候，突然发现他
SOB,tachycardia,我的第一感觉是PE,查访的时候attending也同意马上order CT angio
,结果发现是subsegmental PE.再就是DVT,这也是比较常见的。关于pain management,
开始都是PCA pump,如果没有过敏史 先用morphine
关于PCA的设定就要因人而异了，morphine basal一般在 1-4mg，on demand 0.5-2,
15min lockout,一般隔几个小时看看患者，如果病人经常push就需要增加basal的剂量
了。如果还不管用的话就要换dilaudid了，2个药的剂量比morphine 5mg=dilaudid 1. |
