有5天要到期，于是向房屋管理人员提出到期以后准备搬走。结果租房公司人员以我没
有提前30天告知他们我要搬走为理由，要给我处30天的房租（month by month）的罚款
。 因为租房之前交过3000的押金，所以这次要全部没收并且还要补交1000。 本人在其
他州租房很多次，第一次了解到还有这种规定。
小弟以为lease上签订了日期，就是默认到期那天就要走，没有必要额外再给租房公司
提前30天的notice。
不过回家后仔细看lease，发现上面确实有这么一条：
