我简单说说我的方案。
五把现在是废的，麻将房老搞不上去。这些条件都可以利用。
建议把五把改成新人房，所有新人先去那里打，新人房取消聊天功能。可以考虑取消踢
人，查看他人资料功能。
新人房打一定时间，比如一个月，净胜50盘，升普通房。普通房和现在一样，保留原样
。但普通房要管理，骂人的要time out，不能放羊，要有管理委员会，让会员有
obligation。新人不可以进普通房，普通房成员可以选择任何地方打牌。
现在牌室还有一个问题，就是老人没有obligation，其实他们很多都很闷骚，要帮牌室
做事，但苦于没有门路。
我建议积分到一定程度的老人，必须完成在新人房的盘数，必须和赤脚完成盘数，必须
帮赤脚赢若干分。不然打回新人房，剥夺聊天功能。
所有普通房房友必须完成若干盘麻将，输赢不计，否则打回新人房。
这样实现的是card game和social game的分离。如果有人不喜欢社交，可以只打新人房
。有很多老人不敢来，就是怕见熟人，当个牌还要应酬大家一顿，麻烦。这样各取所需
了。

有人气。麻将房关了跟他好像没关系。他们不会从社区的角度考虑问题。这种人你只能

1，"离婚关于孩子抚养费不会因为你再婚，或者再有孩子而调整"
错。抚养费是可以因为支付人再婚或再有孩子而调整的。抚养费调整是基于a major "
change of circumstances." 支付人只要有足够的证据他的新家庭严重影响了他的支付
能力，他的抚养费是可以再调整的。一般因为再婚调整的可能性比较小，再有孩子调整
的可能性比较大。
2，"先前孩子的生活费用必须要保证。如果付不起，去打第二分工，去finance 也要付
，否则进监狱"
错。只有抚养费拖欠严重到一定程度，检察官才会牵扯进来发criminal warrent和
arrest warrent。之前只是civil warrent。
由于失业或其他各种原因付不起前妻和孩子生活费的话，应该去法院要求调整生活费。
只要证据确凿，法院基本上会批准。没有任何法官会要求支付人finance去付抚养费。
3，失业而 不 obligated , 更何况换工作？ 这又不是在中国

The mortgage crisis is an obvious case. The bank takes in your money when
you deposit it, and has an obligation to you. It then loans your money out
to somebody. If they don't discharge their debt to the bank, the bank can't
pay you (or its employees, or the guy who fixes the copier, etc). When you
can't pay your debts, you go bankrupt.

On a salary job (should you decide to take one), you are obligated to
fulfill your end of the bargain, that is, meeting performance expectations.
Hours per se do not matter. If you're unable or unwilling to perform, you

This is a matter of contractual obligation and work ethics.
