2.5%。的确insurance的钱可能比这个多一点。但是不是绝大差别.

penalty. Right now, those people will have to deplete their IRA saving,
personal saving, and selling their house to cover their medical bills if
they carry no insurance. In the future, they will be able to keep all their
money by joining a health care insurance and insurance company will have to
pay high cost, which will shift to the other taxpayers.

country, there is a morale obligation to save life even when a person has
no money. This obligation costs money. So as long as you are living in THIS
Country, you have to pay this TAX. I know you do not want this welfare and
want to get rid of it. But majority of others are not savage enough to do
away this welfare. Your allies are few and will not make this happen. SO you
are bitter and angry. But in this country, ever

MassCare. Mass still gets federal bailout money when they have
budget shortfall. But who is going to bail out USA when this
OCare reform puts us more in the red.
CBO already predicts debts will be 90% of GDP in 10 years.
