我们老三上次过生日，有个孩子家长给我email问定了啥样蛋糕，孩子花生过敏，
我说是nuts－free的，但是我还是给蛋糕店打了个电话，再确认一下。结果蛋糕店
说做cream是可能会用walnut oil，可能会对小孩过敏。然后我转告那个孩子家长，
然后我和那个家长就上网查，发现不太可能用到walnut oil，再打电话给蛋糕店，
蛋糕店就明确告诉我们，就算你这个蛋糕里没有nuts，但是我们不能保证做蛋糕
的工具没有碰过nuts，所以，你最好不要吃，万一出事，我们承担不起这个责任。
MM一定要跟校长去交涉，去为孩子争取一个nuts－free的lunch table，nuts－free
classroom。我相信那么多学校这样，也一定是过敏孩子家长们争取的成果。但是
和学校交涉的时候，也要讲究策略，本着寻找solution，探讨的态度，而不是兴师

首先，我开学第一天见老师的时候就跟她说过，孩子是强过敏体质，并
告知孩子对什么东西过敏，希望老师不要给孩子任何食物方面的奖励，
还问了吃饭问题，老师说会让他单独坐。我也一直以为孩子是单独坐的，
直到这件事情发生，才知道不是。
其次，这次事情发生，我们跟老师说不主张punish那个肇事的孩子，
但是希望老师能重视过敏这个事情。孩子对很多食物过敏，但是
花生基本上是最严重的，对过敏有些了解的家长应该都知道，花生
过敏致命，这就是为什么很多学校是nuts free。然后老师说，我们
整个城市都不是nuts free zone，没有理由让孩子不能吃这么有
营养的食物。然后我又咨询了同学区另一所学校，他们的做法是，
班上如果有nuts 过敏的，这个班上的孩子不能带含有nuts的食物
到学校。这里有的家长认为我们很无理，说我们孩子对面粉花生
等都过敏，那大家就都不能带这些去学校了？我理解这些没有过敏
孩子的家长，我们也从来没有要求让学校禁止这些食物，我们唯一
担心的是花生，因为其他过敏食物造成的严重后果都不能跟花生比。

我这里，我的俩宝，不去peants table 吃饭（过敏孩子专用饭桌却反而叫peants tabl
e，也是挺奇怪的，呵呵），学校要给我发表格，要求我签字声明，孩子要和同学一起吃
饭，出现过敏问题学校不负责。我们的学校还是peants free的学校，每个新学年开始，
学校会给每个家长发信通知，带含peants的食物去学校的学生，食物会被没收。
其实，我觉得也许你应该去找学校nurse谈这事。从我个人经历来看，非专业人士，非自
身有经历的人士，对过敏的认识是非常非常少的。
就连我自己都是的，以前我认为所谓食物过敏就是挑食，是神经性的抗拒而已。直到我
自己有了过敏娃，我才知道过敏真的可以很严重，绝对不是我想象中的神经性的抗拒，
而是身体真的有反应。
你直接和对过敏一无所知的老师交流，老师一来对你不信任因为你不是权威，不是专家
，也不是专业人士，二来觉得你对娃太在意，小题大做。school nurse 有专业经验，他
们肯定清楚过敏的危害，由他们转告给老师，老师也更容易接受。

1. Loose all other nuts on the same wheel to reduce the pressure on this
broken nut.
2. Add WD-40 or other stronger liquid wrench on the broken nut.
3. Try to turn the broken nut counter clockwise with a pair of pliers.
4. If it doesn't work, try to cut a slit on the cylinder of the broken nut
with a Dremel drill. Insert a piece of flat metal into the slit, and turn it
with a pair of pliers.
5. If it still doesn't work, drill away the stud with a drill bit at the

back to garage again.
A question for advice 1: I think tighten up the rest of the nuts might help
to get the broken nut off since the cause of the broken nut was a stupid
clockwise turn...
I will try to drill some nick on the broken nut, but broken nut does not
have a perfect surface for drilling when it broke.
You must be a pro in car repair.

现在住的地方，老二上的幼儿园不是nuts free，结果有次
孩子碰到花生酱，但没吃，引起严重过敏，幼儿园call了911，
不过此后，幼儿园午餐就没再提供花生酱了。
老大上的小学也不是nuts free，本来我觉得孩子大点，自己小心
也无所谓，但是最近发生的事情，让我担心很多。儿子午餐时间
去卫生间，他对面的孩子把自己吃了的酸奶袋子扔到儿子饭盒
里，儿子回来发现了，说上面有牛奶，所以不能再吃了，儿子
对牛奶也强过敏。我问儿子为什么没有报告老师，他说，扔
东西的那个是他朋友，他不想他被老师批评。我们当晚给老师
发了邮件，说了事情的严重性。老师回邮说，会私下跟那个孩子
谈，再找学校的护士来给全班孩子讲讲过敏问题。第二天儿子跟我
说，老师让那个孩子跟他私下说了sorry。
我可能会想多，这次丢进去的东西，孩子能分辨，如果下次
丢进去的东西孩子不知道，比如碎花生什么的，岂不是要
了命。即使不是花生，其它让孩子过敏的东西，在不知情的
情况下吃了，都够孩子受的，最关键的一点是，极有可能
被人害了，你还不知道。

除了tusq，还有常见的nut有bone nut，但是bone本身材质不一定均匀，有时候会发生

发帖数: 5344 | 25 前段时间去dealer rotate完轮胎后，第二天早上出门出门刚上高速方向盘抖，我想尼
玛才一年的车，不是就有问题了吧。过了一天去dealer查了一下，说啥毛病没有，然后
高速抖得更厉害了，不过开个几迈车热了就不抖了。
非常不爽，就自己检查了下，rotor啥的都还是新的一样，试着把lug nut拧开一下，结
果死活搞不开，用了压箱底的impact gun一下干开了。然后用torque wrench拧到89（
subaru貌似都是89），出门上高速再也不抖了。开了几天后又重新拧松（这回很轻松了
）然后拧到89.几周下来无事。
估计之前dealer给我拧过了。而且每个lug nut的torque不均匀导致的。
破dealer曝光一下，是Chaplin's Bellevue Subaru, torque wrench我用的craftsman
的，前年黑五sears买的五折货，原价80，买来40，手感还不错。还有拧lug nut一定要
等wheel冷却下来再干活，热胀冷缩。。 |

que.
今天跑去搞了个最便宜的10块多钱的needle-style的那种, 自己又把16个nuts都弄了一
下. 不过那种不好读,manual上说的是80lbf.ft, 不过有些我估计差不多都90多,或者快
到100了.

Adapter，就可以驱动socket了。用原厂lug wrench松动lug nuts，再用drill快速拆卸
/安装lug nut，每个轮子应该会省上至少5分钟吧。这个drill是可调力矩的，号称最大
160磅。 |

发现家里没有一辆车是按标准的，都是至少 130lb, 有些甚至超过 150lb.
大概都是换轮胎时，店里都是用冲击枪上 lug nuts的。
我的几辆车，按标准 最小应是 84 lb，最高也就是 90
lug nuts 拧的太紧有什么坏处 ？
我想太紧的话，如果是铝合金的 Wheel, 会受伤， 其他的还有什么坏处 ？ |
