，更别说机票酒店预订信息，真是想不出任何理由会被拒，谁知站了20分钟，对方左问
右问，各种解释和说明，最后说怎么没有guarantor's letter，我说去参会还要象私人
旅行一样要对方的private information么，又不是私人邀请，这是官方活动阿
那么，签证官就娓娓道来，说chair什么的要给我邀请函，担保函，按照他们的标准格
式，就是作为私人邀请的那种，填写所有个人信息，包括出生年月日，联系地址，和具

我的131收到了rejection notice（797C），让我再填一个新的131表。
这131表里面有个空让填“Alien Registration Number（A-Number）”。这个我上次是
空着的，可是这次是不是应该填上485receipt上的USCIS Alien Number？谢谢！
注：因为I-140 approval notice也有个A-Number，听说和485 receipt上的A-Number不
一定一样，所以特地来核实一下，怕哪里又填错。。。 |

For my case which my be helpful to you.
NIW 140 was Approved with an A# after a month.
Eb1a 140 was filed with the A# from NIW 140 and approved with same A# after
two months.
Eb1a 485 was filed with the A# same as above, and got receipt with same A#
on it, and was approved after two months.

那么多2007年的，一定要倒退，因为2007用光太多available 的quota了，所以大家这
个月能早递交就早递交。别光以为华人的数量少，别忘了烙印干这事可麻利呢。到时候
，你满了，还抢不过老印，即使倒退，你还可以有个AP至少。
485递交根本不需要律师，自己1天就可以搞定所有表格，只需要出生公证，婚姻公证，

好像当时医生说血指标有些inflammation,不过不严重。做了哪些测试，我也当时没关
注。记得以前进公司时有一次uric acid（可能是其它小便测试，忘了）有点高，让过
几天去复测了，正常。
去年还做了全身nuclear medicine的bone scan，和MRI一起确实有finding，说the mid
and medial thirds of the left clavicle exhibit diffuse hyperostosis and
abnormal sclerosis, 说left first anterior rib with contiguous ankylosis 也不
是很正常。
医生不知是什么回事，也没有下一步建议。

的tube, $20, 试了一下发现太小, 下去以后感觉水流很大, 屁股全在水里, 不到
一分钟就冻得numb了..而且屁股还能碰到下面的岩石..很不爽..遂退之..去
sports authority看了看, 买了个$70的towable tube,不是香蕉作的内胎,是made of
PVC,
外面还有nylon套套..又买了个手动的打气筒$15..用了$25 off的胖子..这次一试,爽多
了.
tubed大, 稳定, 整个人基本都在水上, 在路上捡了个大棍子来控制一下方向,因为
有时候tube自旋,有时候往边上跑,所以手里有个棍子很有帮助..感觉最爽的就是在浪尖
上一上一下, 遇到落差的时候非常刺激...

会再上来报告。
我用的是0.8cc的radiesse，一半弄鼻梁，一半弄下巴。因为注射的不是很多，所以没
有出现avatar鼻子那种失败的操作。现在感觉外人猛地一看我可能看不出和之前的区别
，仔细看能看出来。我看自己觉得顺眼多了。想弄鼻子是因为想把鼻梁弄细弄高之后会
比较有立体感。而想有比较尖的小下巴是因为下巴尖了就显得脸小了。
因为我觉得弄过的鼻梁和下巴比较适合我，所以我想过两年回国做永久的鼻梁和下巴，
用硅胶隆体啥的。像去八大处做，版上有回国整容的mm么？
我觉得去之前在网上搞research很重要。radiesse属于比较硬的filler，适合弄鼻梁，
下巴。商场上还有中等硬度的filler，比如juvederm。还有最软的filler，restylane
。弄鼻梁最好不要用restylane，因为软的filler时间久了容易扩散，鼻梁就会很宽，
跟avatar似的。
去之前最好在网上下载一些漂亮的女生的照片，尤其如果大夫是老外的话，要不老外不
