发帖数: 1758 | 15 是二胎了。老大四年前自然产。这次因为胎盘前置，37周先做羊水穿刺，确保胎儿发育
成熟，然后剖腹产。在这里说明一下，做B超是不能看出器官的成熟度的。必须做羊水穿刺。
剖腹产要先上麻药。可以要求先把局部皮肤麻醉(numb it first)，这样就不用担心麻
醉痛了。上IV，羊水穿刺也是这样的，可以减轻很多疼痛,至少心理上轻松点。
剖腹时，会感觉有人压你的胸部，那是把孩子挤出来。一般孩子五分钟就出来了。剩下
的30到45分钟是缝合的时间。麻药上了以后，下半身很热。有个帘子悬在我胸上方，把
医生挡住。可手术台的大灯座有反射，可以看到自己的肚子被打开了。我不想看那个大灯座反射，跟医生讲这屋里要是有电视看就好了。他们说让我看我LD，说他就是我的电视！
老二是女儿，出生时6磅3oz.一出来我就给她上了奶粉，因为我生老大时就母乳上来得就比较慢，老二又有点早产，不想饿着她。租了医院的奶泵，帮助下奶。
生产后12小时后半夜就被护士扶着下床走路。24小时后去掉导尿管，可以自己排尿，独立下地走路，一开始很痛，但越走越不痛，第二天晚上可以自己成功排气，无痛。第三天我就出院了。

water and try to get up and walk as much as I can, as well as raise my legs
up. But I don't think any of these helped. It took me almost 12 days to
recover and feels like all the swollen is gone in one day.
As for my belly, everybody told me that I looked like still very pregnant
after the c-section. Because I had painful gas problem, my OB ordered belly

Not sure if that'd be an issue with nursing. Regular cleaning should be just
fine.
For deep cleaning, normally you go twice and each time they clean one side. |

发帖数: 953 | 33 33周，周四ob刚说娃偏大，还没郁闷好呢，紧接着周五一早起来智齿牙龈痛死了，一照
镜子发炎了，肿了一大块。
话说这个智齿早该拔了，位置不好，然后还有有一小块牙冠被牙龈挡住，每年都发炎一
次，一直侥幸心理怕痛没拔。
然后周五晚上痛了一晚上睡不着啊，lg也被我折磨的大老远去24小时药房买可以暂时
numb一下的口腔外用药，涂了发现完全没用，一晚上就睡着了２小时。
实在痛的受不了的时候给爸妈电话，我妈从来没长过支持和蛀牙，不知道牙痛是何物，
还和我说要保持好心情，没事儿看看非诚勿扰分散下注意力。。。
周六起来，给牙医打电话，说要周一开能给看。药房去买了双氧水漱口还是没用。晚上
痛的给triage电话，护士说抗生素要牙医evaluate后才能开，除非感染发烧啥可以去
ER，不然暂时只能给我止痛片，然后lg又凌晨跑药房拿药。然后吃了一顿睡了３小时，
痛醒再吃一顿再睡了三小时。
今天早上继续痛醒，下午吃了止痛片睡了一会儿，估计晚上继续要靠药片才能睡觉。打
算明天一早去看牙医，然后叫ob开抗生素，哎，也不知道抗生素会不会对娃不好。版上
有怀孕时候吃过消炎药的jm么？？？ |

发帖数: 831 | 34 三年前生老大用了epidural，开全指后没有经验/也没有感觉push，停麻药后居然左肋
下剧痛无比，立马被吓到了，以为麻醉有什么意外，push了2小时没有什么进展，大叫
要求C，估计国庆日周六晚上，大家都不想打持久战，就剖了，宝宝8磅1盎司。当时还
有些懊悔，觉得自己再坚持一下就能生出来。
这次自从35、36周就有频繁宫缩，最频繁时5分钟一次，持续20秒，但是只有紧缩坠涨
感，并不疼。36周mucous掉了，而且有血迹。
37周产检OB说居然开了3指，位置－2很低，随时可能生。
自己也没有当回事，觉得老大39周末生的，现在撑到37周末，也就是足月应该没有问题
，所以又是做清洁，又是准备老二的东西，一点没有休息。
37周刚满，宫缩开始疼了，一开始就5－8分钟一次，持续30－50秒。等了几个小时，疼
痛达到8/10，给OB打电话，叫去医院。去了内检还是3指，但收入院了。
本来还在想这次不用麻药，但是还在路上就疼得受不了，一收入院就上了epidural，这
已是半夜1点。BTW，吸取第一胎的教训，我2次要求麻醉师给小剂量，I can take some

发帖数: 208 | 35 UPDATE: 孕前就有痔疮，孕期和生产加重了，产后从痛不欲生到4周恢复，见第8楼。
今天宝宝满月，自己也觉得身子恢复的还可以了，这才有精力上来发布产经，回馈宝宝
版。
因为是妊娠糖尿病（饮食控制only，没有打胰岛素），虽然宝宝和孕妈妈都一切正常，
而且宝宝最后预估体重只有6磅多，但医生还是建议39周催产，因为根据统计数据糖妈
妈孕39周之后生产的风险提高。我37周以后有意识增加运动，走路、逛Mall（入院前一
天逛了4个小时，败了$$$$），都没有triger宝宝发动，最后以开0.5指，宫颈软化0%入
院催产。
19号晚上10：30，第一种药上的是cervidil，就是一个长条的东东赛到阴道里，12小时
后取出，前三四个小时要平躺不能下地。我从0.5指0%进展到2指40%，头位-2，其间睡
了一大觉，几乎没有感觉到宫缩，有一点点例假前酸胀的感觉（可以忽略不计）。
20号中午一点多吧，医生见没啥进展，用了第二种药（忘了名字），小药片一个，也是
放在阴道里，4小时见效但是不用取出。放入的前两小时要平躺不能下地，我其间被尿

epidural之后马上就不痛了，一直只是腿感觉numb，push时也一点都不痛，直到最后生
的时候感觉有点不舒服，但也不是痛感。
epidural是背中央插根粗针，往里套根细软管，然后拔针留管，管子从肩上绕到前面，
接电子甭控制的注射器，用根据你身高体重设计的program缓慢给药。如果你自己感觉
痛，可以按一个纽，会自动给你补量，仍然是电脑控制的程序，不必担心过量。

看了carpal tunnel syndrome的症状，好像也不是。那个的症状是usually start
gradually, with frequent burning, tingling, or itching numbness in the palm
of the hand and the fingers, especially the thumb and the index and middle
fingers. 而我的手没有过burning, tingling, or itching
颈椎也从来没有过问题

lip and chin developed numbness, which was worse in tongue. Now 8-9 months
later, my chin almost went back to normal, not quite true with my tongue. I

看到回贴中有的人也要去做胃镜， 我把我的经历简单写写供参考。
不用麻药还是很难受的。 好在医生和护士都还是很体谅的， 在旁边打气，但也觉得象
是过了几年才完成。 其实也就几分钟。 做完后我发现我的胳膊处因为不自觉的痛苦挣
扎有了好大一片血淤。 不过做完后觉得很有成就感， 因为立即就可以走了， 头脑清
醒， 该干什么干什么。
因为喉咙那喷了一些局部的药(numb the skin)， 我还是把１２小时内泵的奶扔了，
很心痛。 虽然医生说根本不需要， 做完就可以立即喂奶。
宝宝版的祝福真正灵验， 诊断结果是胃炎， 组织化验结果要等一周， 看有没有幽门
菌。希望没有， 要不又要吃药， 又不能喂奶。 孩子太小， 觉得这几个月母乳还是有
价值的。
昨天买了６０个包子发了， 今天一看又多了这么多留言， 我再去买一些发给大家。

父亲节准确地说应该叫“贺曼节”。它其实是贺曼明信片公司和其他公司为了赚钱，用
父爱做幌子假设出来的一天而已。父亲节没有什么不好，但是在我看来，每天都应该是
父亲节，因为，无论你是否喜欢与否，我们每一个人都有自己的父亲。就我而言，我过
去喜欢过父亲节，现在依然喜欢这个特殊的节日。
我的父亲曾经伴随着我成长。我们彼此还算了解，但是了解得还不够深。在我很小
的时候，父亲回到中国开始创业，追求他自己的梦想。对于我来说，我很难接受这个事
实。起先，我以为时间不会太长，也没有那么复杂，父亲只是暂时离开我，过几年之后
他就会永远地回到我的身边。我的想法不对吗？但是我错了，迄今为止，我的父亲仍然
还在中国。
现在，我已经很适应他不在我身边的生活，对未来也不用担心。但是有父亲陪伴在
家的感觉，我再也体会不到了，这件事非常困扰我。事实上，我错过了父亲陪伴我成长
，以及从父亲那里得着教诲的好时光。在那些艰难的日子里，不仅仅是我陷入痛苦之中
，我的妹妹和妈妈也是同样如此。

窝沟封闭: sealant. seal pits and grooves on occlusal surfaces of permanent
molars to prevent cavity. suggest to do it once permanent molars (恒磨牙)
are fully erupted. about 7 years old for first molar (六龄齿) and 12 years
old for second molar.
补牙：Fillings: amalgam filling, stronger but metal color, or composite
filling (树脂， tooth color).
