昨日，在解放碑NOVO百货举行的2011重庆校园新星选美大赛海选现场，一名女大学生把输液架带来，一边打点滴一边等待参赛。

昨日上午11时，重庆晚报记者赶到海选现场时，已有一二十名选手在等待。一名工作人员称，比赛由重庆一家本土网站和一个文化传播公司承办，选手大都来自重庆大学、西南大学、四川外语学院等高校。昨日海选将选出50名选手进入半决赛。
在选手休息区和化妆区，一名女孩子显得很特别她戴着一个蓝色口罩，胸前贴着参赛号牌，坐在凳子上看其他选手比赛。她身后，一名中年妇女举着一个输液架，上面挂着两瓶药水。旁边站在一名中年男子，手中提着两个女式包。
女孩告诉重庆晚报记者，她叫代李俊，是重庆交通大学大三学生，举输液架和拿包的是她的父母。一周前，她感冒并引发了肚子疼等不适，这段时间在重医附二院住院，爸妈专门从四川内江赶来照顾她。“本来都不准备参赛了，但同学打电话给我说今天正式海选，我就没忍住过来了！”代李俊说。
得知女儿要带病参赛，刚开始代李俊的爸妈坚决不同意。

declaration，你可以要求一个完全新的trial（trial de novo）上庭，从新再争一次
，好像你做trial by declaration之前一样。所以trial by declaration是白白给多你

judgement in Feb 1st 2012. I just received a notice from the court clerk and
they said they mailed the notice out on Nov 11th 2011 (I was found Guilt).
So obviously I missed out the 20 day window for requesting Trial de novo, is

answer these days).
You didn't receive the form for Trial by Written Declaration? Or you sent
the declaration in and didn't receive a judgment? If the latter, they might
be backlogged and take several months to get to your case. But you should
call regularly and check if they have decided it (or at least call and find
out when they're going to review your case) so you don't miss your chance
for a Trial de Novo if you lose. |

网上搜了下, 大多数成功的defense都是22350, 有不少技巧和可以攻击的点. 但针对
22349(a)(b)讲的就少了很多, 前面的技巧也不适用了. 只找到了一本电子书<
dismissed>>, 后来也是参考的它.
没办法, 死马当活马医咯, trial by written clarification, 所有能说的都在TR205
上了.
内容无非就是堆一些借口, 比如: 下坡, 跟车, 临时加速, 再加一些契合22350的表明
当时情况很安全的段落.
网上教程都说写TR205时不要怕, 坚决不认罪, 不要求着给traffic school (单子上没
给)等, 实在不行还能trial de novo等.
我还是怂了, 写了一堆废话, 本想着能少罚/不留记录之类的就行了.
半个月后收到信件居然判了无罪, 预交的罚款也都寄了check回来.
确实感觉很幸运!
