作了回小白鼠，试用了1 M.R. pre-workout powder。
成份中除了常见的Nitric Oxide外专门注明有三杯咖啡含量的咖啡因，根据说明锻炼前
20分钟冲水喝了一杯，不久就感觉心跳明显加快，到Gym先stretch然后热身大概5分钟
后心跳已经很快，而且有点恍惚的感觉，和能提高focus的说明相去甚远。。。然后开
始正常的full-body routine
dumbbell BP
75x14热身，感觉并不比平时更轻松，不过反正是热身，平时也很轻松
100x7，感觉比较怪，平时也是100x7，今天不觉得很强大，但是做完最后一个觉得可能
还可以多做，anyway，心跳太快，不push自己
95x8，比平时多一个
90x7
85x8
80x10
（总之就是心跳快，不觉得有明显的boost效果，不过每组做完都不疲劳，除了喝水基
本不休息直接做下一组，大概45秒间隔？明显比平时恢复快）

我的个人看法是：首先要搞清楚高血压的原因。是家族遗传问题，还是伴随血糖产生的
，和胰岛素抗性是否有联系，心电图结果如何等。然后才能确定跑步是否有效。假如没
有什么特殊的原因，就是大多数人那样，活动少，饮食没有注意（比如米面特别多），
血脂也高一些，心脏机能弱，那么跑步应该会有一些效果。
有人专门做过这方面的研究，就是跑步是否可以改善高血压：

坐下以后赫然发现Joe Wong的名字在program上

月底他又要上Letterman Show了
所以最近在这里练习
哥们第一次上Letterman看着挺年轻，原本以为和我是同龄人
今天见真人，估计是奔四了
虽然口音稍微有点儿重, 不过不影响理解
讲了十来个joke，除了两三个有点儿冷，大多都很funny
观众反响也很好（基本都是老美）
其中有一个joke
他约女孩出去
女孩说NO，他问are you sure？
女孩说NO means NO！

endothelial表达）。细胞数量很少，大约10万，所以synthase的表达估计信号也很弱
。我想测刺激
前和刺激后的synthase的表达是否有变化，我估计就算有也非常小。
这种情况下，是不是用flow会更好一点？比如如果增加只是2%，flow的结果会比较
reliable的吧。
我不是很熟western。但是我觉得western对于蛋白表达量要比较高才能看到，而且不能
定量比较（不
知道对不对？），尤其是量差很小的时候，容易被noise掩盖。

退而求其次就是看eNOS的表达。qPCR是看基因的增加的吧，基因的增加不代表蛋白也会
增加，这个没错
吧？所以我偏好直接测蛋白的含量。
我可以用CD31把endothelial cells隔离出来，这个不难；然后在这个sub-population
里再比较
看eNOS的表达是否有变化。我是担心muscle cell在western blot中会带来noise，掩盖
了eNOS
的信号。
