就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.
VI．Diapers and related:
1．Diapers:
纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般
医院会送一些.然后看不同宝宝的长势需要几十到100多片不等. 尽管1号的也可以给新

宝宝从医院回家后,医院给的ENFAMIL premium NEWBORN 吃完了,宝宝爸爸就去买,超市
没有NEWBORN的,就买了enfamil premium gentlease,结果悲剧了,宝宝肚子闹了一星期,
后来我们才意识到是换奶粉的问题,哪怕是同一个牌子的,我们这里店里没有newborn,我
跑到医院要了FREE的几盒救急,然后在AMAZON上买了.
还过一个多月,宝宝就满三个月,这个NEWBORN的就不能再吃了,要换,我们还是打算用
enfamil premium gentlease,因为我发现宝宝虽然肚子不舒服,但是气明显少了,所以准
备用这个.
想请教各位有经验的美妈,怎样才能让宝宝平安渡过这个从enfamil premium newborn
奶粉到enfamil premium gentlease 奶粉的时期,不引起她的肠胃问题? |

我生之前看到很多人都说newborn的尿布不要囤了，可以直接上1号， 我就买了一小包
（36个的），我的宝宝生下来有6lb11oz，医院给的一号明显大，不好用，最后就给我
们preemie的用， 回家后用完了医院给的一包premie，自己又买了4包newborn的， 加
上之前囤的一包，一共用了5包呢。后来觉得娃满月都8lb12oz可以上size 1了， 结果
用了90个1号的，还是时常屎巴巴弄到衣服上，就又倒退回去买了一包newborn的在用。
早知道我一开始就买个200多片的大包装的newborn了。

尿布使用：
Pampers Swaddle Newborn 76片 (医院送的40片+自己屯的jumbo pack36片）
Huggies Little snuggler newborn jumbo pack 一包 36片
Newborn 一共112片，用了11天，正好用到脐带掉下。Newborn的好处是围到脐带的地方
有个小凹槽，这样尿布就不容易碰到脐带。感觉Huggies的凹槽做的比Pampers好，更不
容易碰到脐带。
Huggies Little snuggler 1号 200片
Huggies Snug and dry 1号 50片
1号尿布我一共屯了340片，还多出来100片没用，感觉已经得换2号了。1号的Snug and
dry比little snuggler稍大一些，所以snug and dry现在还能凑活着用，不过little
snuggler的1号估计得去CVS换掉了。

pampers swaddlers更像布的感觉，huggies是偏纸化，更厚，有点硬。
很多MM都说不用买newborn的，（我那时候没来宝宝版学知识，还是屯了200片newborn
的给娃，娃出生时候是7lb3oz，不够用1号的~好像那个newborn有专门的剪裁设计，照
顾到宝宝的肚脐。。。）
每个号码上面都写着试用的宝宝体重范围，newborn好似是到10磅就是上限了。那时候
宝宝也该有一个多月了吧……一般同样号码的Huggies的尿片大小比Pampers的要短。。
我觉得宝宝小的时候用P家的，等大了不屁股不那么敏感了可以试试H家的（当然每个宝
宝的体质不一样，也有的娃对所有贵的尿片都敏感，只能穿药店牌子的尿片呢~~) |

这个数据看上去都是normal。这是由newborn screening的策略造成的。当小孩子出生
后做检测，出于对成本控制，设计的上限比较高。所以有的病人在上限下，有的没有病
的在上限上。但是，病人住院的时候，参考值就是acylcarnitine profile的参考值。

20种上下。
newborn screening 有两个东西：
一个是报告，是正常的
另一个是数据， 这是需要医生解释的。
当发病的时候要靠aclycarnitine max解释。
我们宝宝的数值是aclycarnitine max的10倍不到，而要让screening发现不正常的值是
20倍。
我们宝宝的数值是我们查到资料有病的人的中间，也就是正好在平均值。
医院要了newborn screening的东西，
第一次给了报告， 大概医院不满意，又要了一次
第二次还是给了报告
就是数据医院没有要到，就赌一把认为正常的。 然后就fasting出事了。 |

可是医生连续5个小时监督血糖正常后， 做acylcarnitine (newborn screening). 用
错开危机时刻的正常数据掩盖真实病因。 继续给错误奶粉， 龙龙血氨一直升高。到大概
140左右。 正常最高33， 如果上升到200左右， 几个小时就肝脑病变死亡。
我们发现不断上升后找ICU主治讨论奶粉， ICU主治躲了起来。
我没有证据不会这么说， 这个lab被如下几个医生用来否认脂肪酸代谢障碍。

里面dr. vockley清清楚楚地写下了不正常。后来那个酶活性就是靠这个定下来两个的。
9号住院
10号sch要newborn screening, 医院要了两次，要的都是报告没有要到数据， 这
是communication出问题
12号出事故，
当天晚上一个住院医吼门口值班的让一定第二天一早把数据要来。 我们不是听到这么
说怎么会找到newborn screening 这个线索。
后来的记录没有，也就是icu医生肯定override那个要求。或要了被删除了。
我说医生故意杀人冤枉了吗？ |

你自己看看charles roe那个讲的newborn screening analyte abnormals, 这个lab是
specific的. 基本就能确认到非常细致的地方了。
都在newborn screening 数据里面。 而我标的话里面就有答案。 等准备全了贴出来。
newborn screening lab本身就是diagnostic的。
