前一段时间大家讨论基辅战役的得失，非常热烈。最近读了点文章，也写写自己一点鸡

首先，德国人的首要目标是什么？希特勒的想法是很明确的，那就是消灭红军主力，而
不是攻克莫斯科 (D. Glantz, The Battle for Leningrad, Kansas Univ. Press, pp.
26)。这个逻辑很自然：如果只是攻克莫斯科，俄国人仍然可以抵抗，从历史上看，俄
国人被拿破仑占领了莫斯科，而俄国人笑到了最后；从现实看，俄国人在列宁格勒有工
业，乌克兰有农业，高加索有石油，顿巴斯有工业，莫斯科的工业可以迁到乌拉尔继续
生产，攻克莫斯科并不意味着俄国就会投降，而如果消灭了红军的主力，俄国人想不投
降也没有办法(说到这里，希特勒向毛泽东抛个媚眼：俺们德国人也是要以消灭敌人有

I guess that is why the American Civil War is the beginning of the modern
war, highly depends on supply. Even at the end, when Grant wants to cut the
supply as much as possible, the army still had huge amount of supply and it
slowed down the army to the Battle of Wilderness.
The Seven Day Campaign is probably mostly failed because of commander,
McClellan. North has every advantages: more army, fewer casualty,... But he

开来老外对肖的手术还是评价还是不错的，首先觉得很新颖很有趣，其次有些手术效果
不错，有的还有待观察。在2008年，这个手术在美国还是处于试验研究阶段，只对严重

William Beaumont 医院有关接受肖氏手术的9例病人术后24个月的随访结果以前在会议
上报道过。
有关这项由NIH资助的多中心临床研究的最新进展发表在2010年12月1号的《Urology
Times》。同以前的报道比较可以得出以下几点新的结论：1. 术后24个月接受该手术的病人
仍然在改善中。2.新接受手术的4个病人结果比最初9个病人要好，恢复较快。3.最初接受手
术的9例病人中有2例失败，而失败的原因已经比较清楚。这2例病人都曾经接受过经子宫内的
修补手术。这样的手术通常会留下很多的瘢痕组织而给再次手术造成很大困难。基于这一结论，
凡是接受过经子宫内手术的病人不建议接受神经通路重建。
课题组正在对术后36个月的随访结果进行分析。虽然还没有完成，但已经看出36个月的
随访结果要好于24个月。
这个报道进一步证明肖氏手术的可行性而且经过改进和严格适应症可以进一步降低失败
率。
最后加一句：最初9例病人中2例失败，那成功率还是很高的。新手术的4例病人全部有

这个是我在Yahoo News的comments看到的。一个在韩国两家航空公司教了五年的美国飞
行教官写的。基本就是讲，这两家公司的飞行员普遍不具备基本飞行技能，训练和考试
偷奸耍滑。摔飞机才是正常的。这次旧金山机场趁天气好维修自动助降的仪器，韩亚飞
行员就原形毕露了。
