我怀疑NCB是用neonatal的mice做的，而在Cell上是成年小鼠做的，不过cell paper的
figure和他们的结论有点察觉。cell paper的lineage tracing做的很sexy，有tumor，
有人的samples，这个也是他们能上cell的一个原因吧。
NCB上的都是一堆真正做ISC， skin SC的牛人，分析简单，统计的东西稍微弱了一点。 |

我们是用小鼠胚胎的软骨和骨头染色的protocol。染软骨的话只用Alcian Blue即可。
最后胚胎用BABB处理就会变得透明。BABB危险，而且会腐蚀显微镜，使用时要小心。很
多动物的胚胎都可以用类似的方法染骨头（红色）和软骨（蓝色）：鼠，龟，蛇，鸡，
鱼，蜥蜴，变色龙，蝙蝠。。。而且都很漂亮！

protocol可能需要re-consider了。比如上面那个protocol,neonatal mice limb
muscle.分离出来的很有可能是混杂了satellite cell以及committed myoblast cell的
mixture，而到底是哪种细胞长起来就很难说了。
adult的myoblast cell culture好像没有吧。 我没有仔细查过文献，只是大概的尝试
过几次，觉得从adult muscle fiber分离出来的细胞体外很难长。 |

了，时间再长应该不是憋死的，是也是血液之类有问题，或者是代谢问题，肌肉问题，
等等，而不可能是肺。具体细节例如

待排 （sepsis rulout），给与抗生素 作血培养。第三天出现皮疹，医院做了皮疹表
面培养。各种培养结果均为阴性。于第四天停用抗生素，第五天出院。孩子始终没有任
何皮疹以外的症状。我在国内是呼吸内科医生，但我实在找不出他们诊断败血症待排
（sepsis rulout）的依据。于是查看了University of Washington Academic Medical
Center的指南（Rule out Guidelines for Possible Neonatal Sepsis），我女儿的
情况连血培养都不需要做。
他们误诊的后果是做了不该做的检查，用了不该用的抗生素，延长了住院时间，抗生素
皮疹造成皮肤色素沉积，现在还没有消退。
准备起诉医院，向德州医师执照委员会complaint医生。还是先到医院complaint? 何才
可以拿到病例的复印件？刚来美国一年多，对相关法律不了解，请前辈给于指点。 |

之前，不少二，三年级的学姐学长告诉我们，NICU里的护士都很厉害，因为耳濡目染，
个个都是大半个新生儿专家，而且操作技能都很强，对于新来的往往不放在眼里。时不
时的还会设个圈套看你出丑。把我可焦虑坏了。
事实证明，小马过河还是要自己试过才知道。其实在我所遇到的护士当中，只有一
位有些趾高气昂的，但是也都合情合理，其他的各个都很好，你真心请教他们（有不少
男护士），他们都会耐心的给出自己的看法。有时候我做出了不妥当的决定，他们也会
好心的提醒。和他们的相处越来越融洽，尤其是在你记住他们的名字之后，惊讶的发现
他们的记性都比我好，记名字很在行。当然，偶尔在他们忙的时候对我不理不睬也是很
正常，不要太放在心上，知道他们对事不对人。
两个主治也是很好，一个整天说笑话，那种寓教于乐型的，另一个对医学史颇有兴
趣，查房中每个小宝宝身上都有学不完的东西。还有一点印象很深刻。被提问，如果答
案不是他们所期望的，他们会问“why”，而不是“No”。他们鼓励住院医生为自己辩 |
