scarsdale不错，不过你的预算好像不够。

的趴车位很难搞定，通常要等几年。Short Hills的趴车位随时都可以申请到。这点要
方便不少。而且great neck南校那边小学里中国人已经快80%了，北校又不太好。Short
Hills 这边中国人比例是20%左右，要平衡很多。 |

Income Tax其实抵消了。 Rush hour的快车可以25分钟到Penn Station, 就算没有快

二个孩子了。
最近以法拉盛为中心，Queens 26学区包含Bayside, Little Neck, Douglaston, 和
Fresh Meadows, 偶尔也看北法拉盛和白石不过25学区还是差点。 好处是地税一年
4000-5000，生活交通方便，但是房子实在小，一般两层房子，我们这个价位最多一层
也就600-700尺。 比很多Apartment还小。 高中也比较杂比较差。 妻子说我们是中
国人，就应该住中国人的地方，而且26学区已经不错了，对的起孩子了。
我自己受同事影响，比较喜欢长岛, 只挑最近的Town，Great Neck基本上买不到近火车
的砖房House，现在看North New Hyde Park (Great Neck和Herrick学区那部分，在
Hillside Avenue北方）, 靠Bus站的。 一张Metrocard搞定，地税是10000-12000，
但没有NYC税还是能抵消不少的。 而且房子大很多漂亮很多。 开车去法拉盛不过二十

公立学校 楼上总结了 要想在city范围里 住little neck, bay side, douglaston, 如
果不介意多交地税去long island 比如 great neck or jericho
举个例子我的房子在little neck 地税已经非常的高了 因为是flood zone B 所以保险
也高
为了孩子上公立学校买房子 我觉得不值 可以租住就好了 买房子不如买在upcoming的
地脚

LITTLE NECK. 那个人比较偏向FRESH MEADOW因为到FLUSHING距离比较近, 离ST JOHNS.
也近, 交通感觉上比较方便~~但是都没有地铁只有BUS. 学区均属于26学区算是QUEENS
最好的学区 房价不算太便宜SINGLE FAMILY可从45-60万或更高都是旧房须要装修一下
当然你也可以考虑CO-OP 或CONDO 售价会便宜一些但新的CONDO受价也不便宜且生活空
间可能没HOUSE来的大但可以省掉一些头痛的事(像是铲雪之类的). 你也可以考虑GREAT
NECK 它紧邻QUEENS 学校方面相对比QUEENS好 有长岛铁路到 MANHATTAN 又紧邻
QUEENS 去FLUSHING 不会比BAYSIDE 或LITTLE NECK远太多 因它属于长岛所以不须要交
CITY TAX 一年可以帮你们再省一些钱 但房价也比 QUEENS稍高一些 PORPETY TAX也稍

在playground, 学校操场和幼儿园里都有碰到中国人。floral park有自己的警察，反
应速度据说比打911快。安全上还是不错的。另外就是交通，我觉得这里的交通选择性
还不错，火车能直通manhattan, brooklyn,和queens， 不像北边的线到brooklyn就不
方便。不愿意做火车，还能坐bus转地铁，bus要是做到快车，只一站就到地铁了，上下
班时快车不少。到flushing要转bus， 我们一般都是开车去，好在我们不是成天往
flushing跑。家里老人都去F车方便到的地方。小学很不错，高中如何见仁见智，肯定
不如great neck south， 你要是能买到great neck自然是最好。
stewart manor我有一次坐火车到过，很僻静，站台在地面上（floral park的站台在桥
上，不影响地面交通）， 当时我想叫部出租都叫不到。
new hyde park很大，有些地区听说能上great neck south， 但是交通怎样就不知道了。

。麻州最好的生蚝是Island creek，东岸极少数最好吃的生蚝之一，产自麻州，我最喜
欢的是kumamoto，hama hama，然后就是这个island creek。
你能生吃little neck不错，人生多了一样乐趣，大部分人吃不了这个，会觉得浓腥，
但是只要能吃，我觉得比生蚝好吃，middle neck和cherrystone都是一类的，很多人受

(1) Some of the ammo can chamber in while some won't. The bolt simply cannot
close. The weird thing is that both the working and non-working reloads are
from the same batch (passed through the Lee full length sizing die with the
same depth setting). I need to mention that the cases are different though.

一点点，长度也略微长了0.02-0.03英寸。
另外就是43.2gr的火药离neck虽然还有一些距离，我算了一下距离，应该是有一点compressed。
6个弹壳有5个是Prvi Partizan的，1个是Federal Gold Medal Match。记得以前听版面上谁
说过PPU的弹壳比较薄，可能就是43.2gr的药量产生的压力把弹壳撑变形了。
刚才拿了两个弹壳，neck sizing了一下，然后重新trim过，上膛和退膛立刻就顺当了。

按照neck 来说，是08 美国产（Z8开头）。不过这些琴很多是 neck 和body可以随便换
，所以准确的说你应该表明neck是肯定美国的。不知body的序号是多少。 |

bass的问题就是overhead bin 不够长吧。如果不怕折腾就自己把bass （或者吉他）
的琴颈卸了，body, neck 分别包装好放箱子带。我觉得能不折腾最好。。带琴很麻烦
。。neck thru 或者 set neck 就没办法了。托运你估计一路都要提心吊胆。 |
