不管是什么样的治疗，保险公司的条款里都经常会说，我们只有在”medically
necessary"的情况下才付钱。那什么叫medically necessary呢？如果你医生认为的
medically necessary和保险公司认定的不一样那怎么办呢？多出来的那部分是不是一
定得你付呢？简单的答案就是： 不要付！
我去年住院一周，其中在ICU四天，普通病房两天。出院后，医院给保险公司递了一份
22万美元的账单，然后扯皮开始。一个月后我收到保险公司的信，说我们认为这最后两
天住院不“medically necessary”，所以我们只付前四天，后面的不管。然后我拿着
信去找我的医生，让她写信给保险公司argue。之后我又收到三四封保险公司的信，说

For me: I bought some English reading/curriculum and taught him every night.
I know my pronunciation is not good, so I find lots of English CD and play
for him. (I heard many kumon teachers are Indian and Chinese)

Just want to hear your opinions about my onsite experience. I had an
onsite experience. Somehow, I gave inaccurate or wrong answer to one of the
questions. I tried to reverse that during the interview. In my followup
email, I expressed thanks and said specific and correct example regarding
that question.
The wrong answer had a lot to do with the fact that I had limited sleep
the night before.
