important thing is to turn you wheel, so that when the brake fails, the car
will be block by the curb (or if there's no curb, it won't roll back into the
road). If you do use your hand brake, you should release your foot brake
first so that the car may move slightly to let the parking gear in place.

最近新出来一个房子，价格合理，位置不错，看过了户型结构也满意。只是看到zillow
上咋个房子上半年卖过一次，然后又撤了，过了四个月才又出来卖。让agent帮忙查一
下背景。
Agent动作很快。原来上次有过offer,结果inspection 发现structural的问题，就撤了
。房主这几个月把上次查出的问题进行了structural repair,并由同一个inspector出
具了一个报告，说明上次的问题已经解决，所以又可以上市了。我们自己看不出问题，
报告上的术语也是大概猜测，有懂行的帮忙看一下吧

司说的mom&baby分开只是medican necessary的一种，只要你的ped觉得是medical
necessary，保险公司通常会认同的。当然，我要的时候保险公司最开始也不想给，但
和他们沟通后还是拿到了。建议大家耐心和保险公司沟通，强调medical necessary,比
如latch on不好等等 |
