这个roll yield有的是正的有的是负的，并不一定是loss
负的里边最明显的是VXX。
用nearby contract的有个原因是一般来说这个contract的volume和open interest最大。
越deferred的越不liquid。而且价格反应的也不是近期的commodity。
譬如cotton，corn这些deferred和nearby最近价格差别就比较大。

The town has two train stations and two express bus lines to Port Authority.
It's about 30 min on the bus or train (transfer at Secaucus) if you take
express. Door to door commute is within an hour. There are plenty resident
parking spots at train or bus station.
The schools are very good, definitely above average. The town has large
Jewish populations. It has tons of parks, stores and restaurants nearby.
People are very nice in Fair Lawn.

Carmel Valley （Del Mar Heights Road靠近5号高速）的two bedroom condo有一卧室
和一个loft 现在开始出租，均含有自己的卫生间。提供所有家具（包括床、电脑桌和
椅子、书架、沙发等）。您只需要拎包入住！！租期灵活，没有lease，入住和搬出时

just go to honda's website and search all the nearby dealer, email
them to request quote (otd price). there must be more than 10 dealships
nearby. only negotiate price over emails and never go to dealship without
a price quote. |
