"We’re told that the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV will be announced before NAB 2016
in April. How far in advance of the show, we’re not sure. We do note that
WPPI is at the beginning of March 2016, while products are rarely announced
for that show, WPPI (wedding photographers) is a big target market for the
EOS 5D Mark IV.
We’re expecting a new Cinema EOS camera for NAB in April, so I don’t think
a stills DSLR will get announced specifically for that show either.

下贷款，然后申请么。不过显然这个世界上还是笨蛋比较多。先说一下我的特殊情况，
我是09年7月付定金买的期房，当时我符合政府2w1的奖励（这是我买房的主要原因）。
大家买过房子的都知道，FHOG是银行帮你办的，但是因为我的房子要盖17个月，而FHOG
要在买房1年内申请，所以我自己申请了FHOG，revenue office批准了，然后等我贷款
，settlement的时候（只要是不晚于2011年3月底），银行拿着我批准的条子就可以去
revenue office领钱了）
我的brokor是我从网上胡找的，那种中国小留。现在很多小留作brokor，大家要小心。
第一次电话似乎说的挺好，他帮我申请NAB的贷款。我当时告诉他我的情况是已经交了
大概7%的定金，然后有政府的2w1的奖励，这些就是房价的11%了。如果能贷款90%最好
，如果不行，我还有存款。多么简单easy的case呀！不过人家可理解不了。理解不了还
不跟你说。等我一周之后打电话问，他说90%属于高风险贷款，你就别想了，85%你都不

雇莫雷，但是中国的电视台和其他平台都在封杀NAB，现在最新的消息，中央台已经封
杀NAB，已经不会转播常规赛，中央台之前大骂肖华和莫雷，这态度是肯定的了，而其
他电视台，估计都是要听广电的意思。所以应该也是和中央台一个立场。

问题是中国要求NAB来处罚莫雷，而肖华是态度十分坚决，认为莫雷是有言论自由，所
以都把这个气发泄在肖华身上。到了现在，大家都在很莫雷，但是更狠的是肖华。另外
根据我个人估计，如果不是政府抵制，不是腾讯在直播上抵制，估计还是有很多球迷会

homeloan方面,显然westpac/commonwealth目前好像没有受次贷影响很大
branch服务就难说了,不同地方可能很不同
比如我这个地方的westpac/st george/commonwealth明显比anz和nab强,因为他们的雇
员大部分讲汉语,nab的居然都是中东人
不过westpac也有不好的地方,比如对credit card的控制太强,几乎影响使用
要是喜欢小银行,那么HSBC和中银也不错的
一水的华人服务,感觉很亲切 |

同银行不一样,大概在30-50美元吧.澳洲这边银行可能也会收一些.我们是从chase汇到
NAB,chase好像是40刀,NAB收了10刀.很方便.
各个银行的汇率也不一样,要是金额大,先问问汇率吧.据我感觉Westpac的汇率不好. |

首先不是visa master联网，visa master是性用卡，你要cash advance是有fee和利息
的。debit card联网的是银行间的cirrus和plus.你的卡背面有这两个标记的基本像样
点的国家的atm鸡上都可以取钱，除了日本。但是要付手续费，这个你的银行，和atm鸡
的银行都会收。找厕的那个cash back,袋鼠国本地银行卡可以，等于省了一个跨行的手
续费，但超市的cash register没有连cirrus plus,外国卡不收。
你的那几种卡，袋鼠国和枫叶国好像没有合作银行可以免手续费。boa的卡，在枫叶国
的scotia bank，袋鼠国的nab,免手续费，因为有合作。以前是1%的transaction fee,现
在是3%。常travel的，最好用的是花旗和汇丰，这两家银行的premium account,全球他
们的银行分支都免费用。有老美的地方就有花期，有中国人的地方就有汇丰。
最后，枫叶国最好用的银行是道明，袋鼠国除了nab,其他行都有银行的月费，但最好用
