有人讲了zamos，说你可以卖，只要不是假货。这里讲的不是你可不可以卖ipad，你当
然可以卖。所以zamos是完全无关的案例。
Zamos讲的是学生买了微软的软件，用不了，在网上卖了，会不会担心侵犯微软的
copyright。这个案子说了，“first sale” means the buyer can sell the

筆消費額。澳洲1男子鑽漏洞，以小額付費方式，分7000次支付澳幣70元（約新台幣
2100元），銀行識破，不照單全收。
澳洲媒體報導，今年1月澳洲國民銀行（NAB）推出促銷活動，持澳洲航空聯名卡，每筆
消費可累積100個點數（frequent flyer points），紅利積點可享座艙升等與兌換贈品
，還可折抵飯店和機票款，但並未規定單筆消費的金額。
墨爾本男子艾吉亞士（Anthony Agius）腦筋動得快，他利用未限單筆消費金額的漏洞
，刷卡7000次每次只刷澳幣0.01元，繳澳幣70元高速公路過路費。
他說，代收過路費公司收到他的款項，曾懷疑他信用卡被盜刷，或付費系統有問題，致
電確認後，他的繳款方式對方沒有任何異議。
但澳洲國民銀行1月15日書面通知艾吉亞士，說明促銷活動是對合理的日常消費核發額
外點數，而艾吉亞士光是1月6日至9日，密集地支付澳幣0.01至1元金額就超過3800次。

EB1B第七天收到RFE，IO很显然没怎么看，律师claim的四条全说not met,没claim的三
条也说我claim了但没met. 全篇九页，大部分是模版。
三年的experience也deied了 ，我有两年tenured-track experience, phd 期间有发表
文章, 导师有写experience的证明信。连我的employer，州里最大的大学的“ability to pay" 的evidence 也要
require (大学应该不适用的吧？）
最雷的是，质疑我所有的信件 （推荐信，审稿 信）只用我last name, "only the
letter from Dr. XXX referred to the beneficiary by his complete name. The
other letters only referred Dr. LXX, so it is not apparent that they are
referring to the beneficiary."

国人就不能开
但国际性质的银行诸如hsbc, citibank也许会简单些
所有银行都可以网络操作
你可以去nab.com.au,commbank.com.au, anz.com.au和westpac.com.au看看,所谓四大
银行
下面小一点的有st george, bendigo, suncorp, bankwest, bank of queensland, etc |

四大银行ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB, Westpac都不错。他们的branch遍布全澳洲。澳洲
银行的服务在世界上处于领先水平。利息很高，一张saving account的卡就可以电子付
账。不了解墨尔本的local bank，不过这四大银行就够用了。
可不可以online banking，每月手续费多少？
可以online。一般5AUD吧。
把saving account，或credit card number给他们。
难道saving account也可以写check吗？

快的也有3天的,但一般是2周,如果你不能等,也没办法,目前好象还不能在网上申请,或
许也可以先去申请,他们会等你的信息,然后办理卡,寄到你亲戚家
税号也许可以在网上申请然后寄到朋友家
不知道你怎么办下来pr的,好象什么都不知道
医疗是medicare,税号是ato,office地址在他们网站都有,加.gov.au(有时前面加www.)
如果暂时人还没长住,没必要到银行开户,很多帐号都要收费,除非你有笔钱想先存在这,
这里的利息高些
四大银行是nab,commbank,westpac,anz
所有信息都可以在移民部网站的新移民手册里,有中文版,几乎囊括所有最新的信息

see the transfer is not only depend on the banks, also depend on accounts.
For example, I have two friends use NAB, no perticular close relationship
with anyone. it took 2 days for my transfer to show in one guy's account,
but almost immidiately to another one. Similar things happened during
transfer with other banks, sometime took 2 days,over weekend, sometime just
immidiately.
You plan won't work. |

我也不清楚是不是chase online account就行，我们是有checking account的。打电话
问一下吧。
我调查了澳洲几家大的银行，感觉还是NAB的汇率最好。我都是上他们网站上查的当天
的，但实际兑换的时候估计是实时的，很可能不一样。所以也不敢那么肯定。
我很肯定的一点就是澳洲银行的汇率再差，也肯定比美国银行的好。所以要从chase汇
出美元，然后在澳洲换成澳币。 |

有 salary packaging 的公司像maxxia. 银行里nab是外包给allianz的。commonwealth
的最贵，没settle 之前只要building insurance不要content insurance的话，其他家
不到400，coommonwealth 要快500了，不过最后homeloan 要用他家的，wealthy
package给10%的折扣，也差不了太多，而且同事家里出过事，他们处理的还挺利索的。
所以最后可能还是用他家的了， 呵呵，也是刚买房，一切都在摸索中啊。 |

Miller就在有名的Greystone里面，以前牛逼轰轰的，但老汉看了zoning，很不明白，
这明明就是以前的工业区，现在还有采石场在运作，怎么就成了好地方呢？结果，现在
要开沥青厂，住户们撒泼打滚也没有用，沥青厂还是运作起来了。唉，这就是丫头出身
，光打扮是没用的。好在Westford就是地大，据说光算陆地面积，还是麻省第一大镇。
所以，这个沥青厂对全镇的影响还是忽略不计，只是附近能跑的就跑了。不过，这事儿
对老印毫无影响，一样的Greystone一卖，老印就抢着买。老汉听他们讲个笑话，有一
家夫妻俩都是医生的老印，私下对其他住户说，你看这沥青厂也就开几个小时，都是咱
么上班不在家的时候开……把其他住户气的要死，真是猪一样的队友。就凭他们这句话
，老汉嚼的这片工业区真是欣欣向荣，以后还不知要开多少工厂。
传统上的那个谁也不能否认的好学校，LZ反而没提，就是Robinson，这个和Academy一
样都是镇中心的老学校了。说到这儿，就不得不提一下Westford镇中心那匹山，真是形
