Hello, I just went to the local DMV today to renew my driver’s license. I’
m currently in OPT CAP GAP. The DMV refused my request, the director told me
they can only renew my DL to the date on my EAD card. Even I show them my
approval notice of I-797, but they insisted that my DL couldn't be renewed
until 10/1.

used the 140 receipt notice, although the 140 case was already approved. I
did not wait for the 140 approval notice only because of my tight schedule.
Can this potentially delay my 485 processing ? Imagine when the VO saw the

My H4 was expired this august and the renewal stuff has been submitted prior
that. The uscis is very slow and no response so far. My passport will be
expired in 40 days. I think I cannot apply a new passport because I don't

actually kind of sore a few hours after my bike ride today. Later today my
wife drove me and my daughter up to Independence pass, and I totally
regretted not finishing the last 1000ft ascent to the Pass, which would be
the most awesome part of the ride by far. Maybe later this week I'll go

took me a while to get used to the summer weather. When I decided to run CIM
, my training time was shorter than 18 weeks while longer than 12 weeks. I
decided to continue my easy run and then started the 12 week Advanced
Marathon training.
Although I targeted on 3:40:00, I had many difficulties through the program,
especially the Marathon pace run and the earlier workout.

her but my heart was too weak.
My slience worried her. She walked closer, kneeling down on one knee by
the side of my wheelchair. She placed the flowers on my lap and closed my
hands in hers.
"I am truly sorry. Please forgive me," she pleaded.
I felt a knot in my throat.
"I am ready to let go of the past," I finally said. It was more to myself

in the world. I can still see his smile. His eyes would sparkle behind his
thick glasses.
I was not so close to my mom growing up. If I had anything on my mind, I would
first consult with my dad and then we would figure out a way to tell my mom.
My dad enjoyed good food too. He was not picky and always finished my leftover
for me.
