后来才找到，原来是这样的。
在那个mute的按键，在mute模式下时mute，然后在general里面换成了rotation，这样
有些软件就只认是mute了。
好像ipad2就有这个问题。怎么到现在也没有解决呀。我用的是最新的。5.1.1 |

media player 11 on Vista becomes mute when playing mp3 files. It seems the
player is playing the mp3 file, but no sound comes out. If you check the
task manager, you will see a process named Media Foundation Protected
Pipeline EXE occupy 50% of my Core 2 Duo CPUs. And if I use other player (
for example, foobar, winamp, or iTune) to play the same mp3 file, it works
without any problem.

，然后公司的VP主持会议，其它大区的代表参加，重点国家的代表也参加。大概全球10
多个人开视频会议，总部这边大概7，8个人在会议室。
会议准时开始，然后亚太区那边曼谷的部门经理首先开会迟到，都开了10多分钟了她才
接入，而且只是音频不是视频。我们知道那时是深夜，所以，该部门经理在家里接入。
也就没计较了。
然后，不知道怎么回事， 她的麦克风一直没有关闭当别人在讲得时候，就一直有杂音
，回音，影响了整个会议。我们直接叫她关闭麦克风，没用；然后打电话到她的手机，
没接；发邮件没接受。 我们都怀疑她没有在听会议。然后好不容易她接听电话了，她
因为麦克风没关闭，所有人都听到我们叫她mute了麦克风。然后她还是没mute，继续影
响会议。最后没有办法，我们只好直接叫她关闭整个电脑，切断接入。 总算清静了。
但是影响了会议快一个小时。
但是这样一来，其实首先影响了拉美区的presentation,而且使各方交流有问题，都相
互听不清，因为这个人没有关闭麦克风引起回音。 其次，使我们部门头大大没面子，

Try to unmute it first?
I think it is "m" to switch from mute and unmute.
Also, mute the all the boost channels, they are only going to make your
sound worse.
On 2nd look, you only has Mic Boost channel, mute that. :) |

压器的方法，不过dac这块最保真的方法就是保持位深和标准输出电平，音量控制交给
前级和功放去管就好了，终究绕不过模拟放大这一关的。

1）"flashlight"在开4:3节目时比较明显
2) 上面提到的DVI audio问题。联系techinical support, 转到local的一个tv repair
shop。人家说要换main board，晕倒
3）脑残设计：vol- 会cancel mute。vol+ cancel mute是正常的，但vol-不应该。深
更半夜打开电视，忽然发现声音太大吵人睡觉，赶紧mute，然后vol-，然后声音又出来
了...这方面还不如上一个杂牌电视设计的好。 |

我今天晚上自己在家搞了一个试用版的管理员帐号，的确是能作到这一点。
但是为什么我们的视频会议管理员D， 今天在我们出现这个问题的时候，我们问他是否
能登陆他的管理员帐号然后管理这个会议，然后mute掉这个亚太区经理甚至踢走这个亚
太经理的时候说不行，就看着我们出丑。
我不是视频会议管理员，没有正式的视频会议的管理员帐号。所以只能D说什么，我就
听什么了。
正在考虑如何跟部门头说这件事，不知道为何D故意隐瞒他能mute所有线。
打算明天先根D从头到尾看一下他的会议设置，再作一下测试证实我的推想。

I studied the intro. she did not use the hammer on for F/B/C#. she slided
the index finger to C# from B. the fake book also showed that.
the muting is NOT based on left hand. because if you use your left hand to
mute(release the pressure), most of thetime you have to release all your
fingers especially on a common accustic. but in this song we want the bass
note ring all the time. that means you can't lift your left hand index.

如果你在mute状态下在系统里把他改作lock rotation（原生系统，非越狱）。
有可能所有非影音类apps（youtube，ipod除外）都会一直保持mute状态。。。
要再进设定里重新在on/off设置一下才行。昨天吓我一身冷汗。。。因为碰到
坏的，尼玛。。。

combinition of mute, up and down. It is not the issue. I do understand when
I said there is a problem, people always suspect I missed something.
Actually, I also suspect myself. But this time, it is no way to find the
reason, even after checking bios, device manager, dock station, etc. almost
eveything you can imagine. I really hope the problem comes from hardware;
otherwise, it will be a puzzle forever to me....
