在形形色色的核武器中有一类不起眼却长期被人们津津乐道，有人叫它们“核背包”，
也有人称它们“核地雷”，那就是轻型/便携式核武器。美苏在核武器小型化阶段都曾
经研制过类似的武器，不过由于运用上的限制，早在冷战后期就退出了历史舞台。
朝鲜阅兵式上的核背包又唤起了人们对于便携式核武器的记忆
在说便携式核武器之前，先要聊聊北约在50年代初研制的所谓“核地雷”。当时为了防
御苏联入侵西德，英国战争办公室在1954年下令开发代号“蓝孔雀”的核地雷，这是哟

联合直接攻击制导炸弹（英文：Joint Direct Attack Munition，简称JDAM），是由波
音公司为美国海军和空军联合开发的一种空投炸弹配件，装在由飞机放的传统炸弹上，
将本来无控的传统航空炸弹转变为可控，并能在恶劣气象条件下使用的精确制导武器。
弹药的制导功能是由炸弹尾翼控制附件以及全球定位系统或惯性导航系统提供，与美军
的B-2幽灵战略轰炸机等多种军用飞机的火控系统相容，JDAM的单价约两万美元。装配
了JDAM的炸弹重量一般在500磅（227公斤）和2000磅（907公斤）之间。
原来的一枚导弹价格50万美元，波音为美国节省了90%以上。
海湾战争期间，美军遇到现有精确制导武器性能不足的问题。1992年，美军开始开发能
够在恶劣气象条件下使用的精确制导弹药，于1997年研制出第一枚JDAM，并于1998年到
