顺便说帮我看看 Rubeola(风疹)，mumps(腮腺炎). 刚在网上看到test results（医生
还没跟我联系）：
我大概知道hepa B antigen NON reac意思是没有乙肝，那hepa B antibody reactive
是说我乙肝疫苗还有效吗？ 那怎么standard是NON 呢？
Rubeola, Rubella, Mumps 都阳性，标准却是阴性，意味着什么呢? 是小时候得过这两
个病，产生了抗体?
最终来说，基于上述结果，我现在有什么需要去做的吗？多谢

Mumps IgG Immune Negative
Varicella Zoster IgG Immune Negative
Measles IgG Immune Positive
Rubella IgG Immune Positive
是不是要补上Mumps和Checken pot就行了？
另外当时做一个叫啥Quantiferon TB Gold 的是Negative，但是没有做TB，不知道行
不行。
所以体检就是三针疫苗（假如都要打的话）+一个TB test就完了是吧？ |

3月21号网上查到我被RFE，LD的approve。老大于25号收到卡。
RFE的理由是我没预料到的。其实也怪自己粗心，没有仔细看医生给的I-693 form。当
时是忍痛去体检的，月子里实在没太多精力。
Mumps virus的抗体滴度0.94。小于等于0.90算negative，0.91到1.09算可疑。医生当
时在693上写了Mumps 疫苗会在breastfeeding结束后完成。移民官认为nursing不是
contraindication。
不知道如何办是上策，虽然有84天的期限，但84天我是不会结束母乳的，也不想因为打
疫苗而停止母乳，估计停了一阵后就没了。
今天会联系体检医生，看看他的意见，毕竟我交了那么贵的体检费。
请过来人给建议。 |

关于语言那部分，如果是介绍一种新语言，有比较特别的语法，那你就不要按常理，要
严格按所介绍的语法去做。
比如
1+2*3=？
这语言乘除没有优先级，严格从做到右。答案是9，而不是7。
这语言其实就是进公司后要用到的Mumps语言。
当然，我是十多年前做的，现在改成什么样子就不知道了。

VB6放到基本上最后一个，其实事实完全相反的。。用VB .NET也行啊，可偏偏人家用的
VB6，数据库还是什么MUMPS。开始把VB6的东西port到C#上这个过程已经持续了不少年
，可现在也没完成10%。看他们的demo，给我们展示的是用C#写的client，还有ipad
app，我特别问了那个developer现在都用C#了，他说不，基本上都是VB6。。实在无语
，VB6在几年前就已经没有support了。
面试的时候很清楚的告诉他们我想写C#，对VB6没啥兴趣，也没用过VB，但这个要求估
计对新进的员工是不可能的事情。。到了中午我就已经没什么兴趣了，下午基本上就继
续做他们的测试题，然后随便聊聊。那个公司只要能
赚钱，根本不屑于更新技术；对于公司来讲，赚钱肯定是最重要的目标，但对于个
人来说自己的career差不多进了个dead end了。。还要签non compete agreement，走
了也把你限制的死死的。

醒我一个月内不要怀孕，我和老公很注意，也用保护措施了，可不知怎么还是怀孕了，
我估计我是8月2号左右排卵的，我的月经一向很规律，一般周期28-29天。我也去医院
确认怀孕了，问医生怎么办，医生说以后做B超时看宝宝有没有畸形。我现在快崩溃了
，我很担心万一宝宝有什么birth defects可怎么办？这是我第一次怀孕，我和老公都
想生下来。希望大家帮我出出主意，我该怎么办？有人知道MMR对宝宝到底有什么影响
？影响大不大啊？谢谢大家！我好难过，为什么偏偏在这个时候怀孕了。。。。

些差别，把研究心得写下来给有需要的家长分享。我们是从加拿大打完6个月的疫苗之
后回去的，加拿大的疫苗和美国略有差别，国内各地的可能也有不一样，仅供参考：）
1. 百白破+小儿麻痹症+B型流感疫苗(Diphtheria,Pertussis,Tetanus,Polio,
Haemophilus Influenzae Type b(Hib))，国内现在有自费的功效一样的五联苗，好像
是790RMB一针，所以这个就不用担心了，回去花钱就可以直接打了。当然国内还有免费
的百破三联针，口服儿麻糖丸，而流感疫苗Hib(安儿宝)不是必须要打的。
2. 乙肝疫苗(Hepatitis B)，加拿大是2个月,4个月,6个月三针，国内是出生，1个月，
6个月。
3. 肺炎疫苗(Pneumococcal Conjugate)，这个最麻烦，加拿大打的是13价肺炎疫苗(
PCV13)，国内有两种，自费的7价疫苗(3个月就可以打)和23价疫苗（2岁以上才能打）
